About: I'm an animal-loving, dog mom who wants nothing more than to spend all her free time with the furry friends! I've adopted and cared for many dogs, and from childhood I helped raise my family dogs and hamsters :) Very few things bring me the same level of joy as the animals do. I know the importance of traveling or working without the stress of how your pet will be taken care of-and I'd love to help make your life easier by tending to your babies while you're away. I have a remote job which makes me very available to stop in for walks and hugs, or to spend the entire day/night with your loved ones. Have computer will travel, so I'm very free! I will always abide by your house rules for your pets and give them extra love and affection while I'm watching them. I'm also happy to do light training while with your pets if that is helpful!

About: Hello animal lovers - I have benefitted from Rover for dog sitting and realize it's something I'd love to do myself. My husband (a social worker) and I are both dog lovers and have a dog (a Frenchie) as well. I work from home (I run a marketing agency I started 12 year ago) and alas much of typical day I'm on zoom, and treasure the breaks for walking and loving on the dogs. While new to Rover, if been helping out friends and neighbors with dog care and logistics and sharing the love for years I'm reliable, work from home, and would love to know how you could use some help. Currently offering to sit or board one dog at a time or arrange prescheduled walks. I'll treat them like family. Comfortable with dogs of many sizes and personalities, and happy to provide updates and photos for peace of mind. Looking forward to meeting your furry friend! Our dog Fiona, a frenchie, plays well with others and has some unique needs including no rough play + daily medicine needs so we're familiar with special rules and medical needs. We do a morning walk, a mid day walk, an "after work" walk and a before bed walk. I work from home so am genrrally around all day. While flexible, I imagine at least initially the primary offering will be to host and care for your dog at our place but am open to house sitting if there's a great fit, I work from home. I can host your dog weekdays and weekends but know on weekends we may have friends (and sometimes friends with dogs) stop by. We have a fenced in deck otherwise for excercise we take leashed walks. I currently am only offering care in my own home and plan to only host one additional dog overnight at a time. Ask me any questions you'd like.

About: Although my career for the past 20 years has been in the mental health field, my passion is also for animals. I did not grow up with dogs, but had many cats, birds, turtles, snakes, and fish. Finally at the age of 34 I adopted my first dog, a pomeranian named Winston. He became the absolute love of my life quickly. I understood why so many people become so bonded with their doggies. Winston was by my side even when humans weren't. I never laughed so hard playing with him all those years and then never cried so hard when he passed recently. I miss him every single day. But feel so blessed to have had him in my life. Although I am not ready to get another dog, I am absolutely looking forward to helping other people with their family pets. I know I was extremely OCD with Winstons care and did not trust many people with him when I had to work or travel. So it means a lot to me to be trusted with your family pet. Plus, I get to have fun doing something that brings me joy! I am currently working part time so am pretty flexible. I am up early as well so can be the early helper if someone needs it. I am always mindful of my environment and will be so when I approach your house and pet. I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years so am good at assessing a situation, staying calm and making good judgement calls. Safety is always a priority also. I want you and your pet to trust me and be safe.

About: I’ve always loved animals and have experience caring for dogs of different personalities, sizes, and needs. I’m patient, attentive, and treat every pet like they’re my own. I currently work as an on-call pharmacy technician, so I have a very flexible schedule. I’m also enrolled in school with online classes, which allows me to be home and available throughout the day. About: "You're in Great Hands", is what I often tell a new client, as a Massage Therapist. I prefer the company of animals and especially dogs, to people,, so this is what I 'd like to do in addition to the above. New to Rover, (8/13/2026) not new, to caring greatly, for animals, including my own. Your dog(s), or cats will be in great, loving hands!. I know from having Papi, what a huge responsibility it is to keep him safe, while trying to have a ball with him. I offer you, the same above understanding and assurance. From looking at others profiles, the rates seem super complicated. With this added on rate and that. I'd like to keep it a little less complicated. I'm not interested in charging for a second dog, or more for a puppy. I'm not drawn to the idea of staying in someone else's house, but would be happy to /prefer checking in on your pet family, rather than spending the night. Please give me a little time to figure out how to fix rates on here better. I've been trying to get rid of the additional rates listed on my profile. For now though, I'm available to check in on your pets and/or take them for walks. Guerneville, Monte Rio, Forestville. I believe I offer a premium service, where I can focus on a few, rather than quantity. The above will absolutely keep your pet safer, happier and free of injury from other dogs and an environment where the walker is juggling way too many dogs, personalities and what ifs? at once. About: I am a devoted animal person. I have had dogs and cats my whole life, and am experienced with puppies as well as senior dogs. I currently work remotely and have a flexible schedule. I am available for dog walking weekdays and some weekends. Open to special requests and needs. My home has a large doggie door which opens to large fenced in yard. Dogs come in and out as they please. Lots of play toys and special attention.

About: I've taken care of animals ever since I can remember, and I am grateful to have been raised around cats and dogs. It has shaped who I am as a person. I have rescued many dogs and cats (or maybe they chose me), and I have experience with training, administering medication, young pets, old pets - all of it. What sets me apart from other sitters is that I am likely the most detail-oriented person I know, and this applies to caring for my pets, as well as yours. Not only do I love my pets, but I love yours too - I love all animals. As a pet parent myself, I trust myself to do this job more than I trust anyone. I can do whatever you need me to do to reassure you that your animals are in the best of hands. I just graduated from grad school and have a LOT of free time! This is great for me, because I love animals and am excited to spend my time with them! I understand the level of trust required when leaving your pets with someone. I have cared for dogs and cats (and a few other animals!) ever since I was a child. I genuinely LOVE animals. Currently, I have two rescue Shar-Pei (the wrinkly-faced dogs), and they are the loves of my life. My approach to caring for my dogs is exactly how I would care for your animals. While your fur children are in my care, they are treated with love and respect, and care instructions will be honored to the T (no matter how long or extensive). I think the instructions I leave for our sitter are ~3 pages long, so I won't judge! I have experience with young animals and the elderly, and have administered medications for both dogs and cats. I would describe myself as a very vigilant pet parent, meaning I take pride in my awareness. For example, when walking my dogs, I always put safety first, watch for cars and other animals, and stay aware of my surroundings. I pay attention. I'm the kind of person who often checks the perimeter of my fenced yard, has multiple dog cameras, makes sure there are no ways out, and double-checks the gate locks. I know it might sound like I'm a helicopter parent, and that might just be a fact. Shar Peis are a stubborn (and amazing) breed of dog, but they notoriously require this level of attention, so I am going to credit my sweet dogs for training me to be the ultimate caretaker. Fun fact: I've had Shar Pei for the past 20 years! I'm here to meet your animals where they are when we are together - if they want to hang out, cuddle, play, and be goofy, great! But if they just want to chill on their own, I will respect their space.
