About: I began my seriously joyous devotion to animals at the age of 11, as an SF ZOO volunteer in the barnyard, where I learned to care for a variety of animals, from miniature horses to coyotes to parrots, and more. I have continued to attract rescuing wayward beasts of all kinds, providing them with excellent love and care. I am a natural nurturer, the animals feel at home with me wherever we are. I have worked as a cat, dog and multi-pet sitter for many years, up until now, only through personal referrals. I am a kundalini yoga teacher, craniosacral and polarity therapist. My son is grown and I have a very flexible schedule. I love to get out with the dogs for long walks and if they don’t mind the car, we might get to the beach. I love nature, the outdoors and finding out how best to care for your animal so that they don’t miss you too much. I absolutely appreciate forming long term client relationships so that you and your animals can relax and have fun. I am self-employed and can accommodate your needs. When I am hired for a pet-sit, this is my focus and priority. I can schedule all my other work around it. I have a lovely minimalist home for your pet, a small garden and plenty of leashed walking in the woods space for regular exercise. If a dog is ok with car rides, I’m happy to take them to the beach.

About: I've taken care of animals ever since I can remember, and I am grateful to have been raised around cats and dogs. It has shaped who I am as a person. I have rescued many dogs and cats (or maybe they chose me), and I have experience with training, administering medication, young pets, old pets - all of it. What sets me apart from other sitters is that I am likely the most detail-oriented person I know, and this applies to caring for my pets, as well as yours. Not only do I love my pets, but I love yours too - I love all animals. As a pet parent myself, I trust myself to do this job more than I trust anyone. I can do whatever you need me to do to reassure you that your animals are in the best of hands. I just graduated from grad school and have a LOT of free time! This is great for me, because I love animals and am excited to spend my time with them! I understand the level of trust required when leaving your pets with someone. I have cared for dogs and cats (and a few other animals!) ever since I was a child. I genuinely LOVE animals. Currently, I have two rescue Shar-Pei (the wrinkly-faced dogs), and they are the loves of my life. My approach to caring for my dogs is exactly how I would care for your animals. While your fur children are in my care, they are treated with love and respect, and care instructions will be honored to the T (no matter how long or extensive). I think the instructions I leave for our sitter are ~3 pages long, so I won't judge! I have experience with young animals and the elderly, and have administered medications for both dogs and cats. I would describe myself as a very vigilant pet parent, meaning I take pride in my awareness. For example, when walking my dogs, I always put safety first, watch for cars and other animals, and stay aware of my surroundings. I pay attention. I'm the kind of person who often checks the perimeter of my fenced yard, has multiple dog cameras, makes sure there are no ways out, and double-checks the gate locks. I know it might sound like I'm a helicopter parent, and that might just be a fact. Shar Peis are a stubborn (and amazing) breed of dog, but they notoriously require this level of attention, so I am going to credit my sweet dogs for training me to be the ultimate caretaker. Fun fact: I've had Shar Pei for the past 20 years! I'm here to meet your animals where they are when we are together - if they want to hang out, cuddle, play, and be goofy, great! But if they just want to chill on their own, I will respect their space.

About: I've grown up taking care of both cats and dogs. I love animals and look forward to helping you care your your precious pets. In the past I have worked as a pet and house sitter for a couple families. I always enjoy any time spent with animals. I have flexible schedule making me available to care for your fur babies! I live in Guerneville, but frequently go to Sebastopol throughout the week. So mainly looking to work for ones in these areas. But open to adventuring in to further surrounding areas if its a good fit for us both! Currently I am not able to board pets in my home because I am renting. But I would be happy to stop by and spend time with your pets whenever is needed!

About: Hello! I’ve been dog walking for the past year and it’s become my favorite activity. I give careful, loving attention, and it’s a plus if the dog has been trained to respond to commands. I keep up with dog behavioral tips, carry essential items on-the-go, and you won’t find me scrolling on my phone during walks! I regularly walk a playful and adorable Labradoodle named Jerry. I don’t yet have a dog of my own but I will always make time for them. Simply put, dogs make life better! I’m a former librarian who enjoys helping others, and when I’m not walking, you’ll find me planning on volunteer committees, singing in choirs, and mentoring a fantastic teen. About: I’ve always loved animals and have experience caring for dogs of different personalities, sizes, and needs. I’m patient, attentive, and treat every pet like they’re my own. I currently work as an on-call pharmacy technician, so I have a very flexible schedule. I’m also enrolled in school with online classes, which allows me to be home and available throughout the day. My fur babies have 3 dog beds but are always allowed on my bed and sofa. They have a ball pit full of toys , and when I need to leave for a moment babygates and dog fence it is.

About: I am an animal lover and treat my own pets like part of the family. I am very active and love to take dogs on walks and I will love taking yours! I know they live for their walks! I will throw balls for your dog and take them to the park if wanted. I treat every dog the same and love them all...BIG or small. I am open to cats as well! My house is calm and tranquil. There are no kids in my house. My husky mix recently passed away suddenly in October and I miss her so much... Her name was Lily and she lived for her 2x/day walks. That is part of why I am doing this as a part time job because I miss my dog and would love to be around animals more. Pick me to take care of your loved one! I do work full time and I am gone 8-5 unfortunately. So weekends would be best for me. I’d be willing to do weekdays but you would have to be comfortable with me being gone during the day. I would take them on 2-3 walks per day.. 1 in the morning before work and 1 as soon as I get home from work. Unfortunately I don’t have a yard, just a small deck. If it’s a cat, I would make sure they had care and attention when I am home.

Crate-trained dogs can retreat to their private den, all dogs can rest on cushioned beds, and there will be enough (safe, durable) toys to keep everyone content.

About: I have experience caring for multiple dogs at a time, including caring for three dogs in one household and two dogs in another. I was responsible for their daily care and making sure they were safe, fed, exercised, and comfortable. Managing several dogs at once taught me how to stay patient, attentive, and organized, even when they were energetic or had different personalities and needs. I genuinely enjoy being around dogs and would treat every pet in my care like they were my own. I only have a college class twice a week for only one hour of my day and I have a part-time job that is only certain days of the week. Rover will be the perfect fill-in for all that extra time that I have, and I will always put my customers first. I live in a very mellow neighborhood where there are also many dogs around me where people are walking their dogs and having them on leashes, I live in an apartment that is very dog friendly and I will spend all of my time taking the dog or taking it out on the grass, we do have a dog area at my apartment.

About: I grew up with dogs, currently I have an in door out door cat and have had bunnies as an adult as as well. I really enjoy playing with animals and always have since I was a child. My schedule is very flexible and I would be able to accommodate most requests with specific times that could be required to care for your pet I have a fenced in back patio that would suit a small dog. I live near parks that would be fun to walk to and play at for them.

About: I’ve walked, cared for and raised more animals than I can count, I’d love to help with any pet needs! From Pointers to Pit Bulls, to Yorkies! Always willing to run, walk and play with your pets! I like to go on walks and/or runs for Cardio and like to have the company. Mornings of Evenings could work depending on the day usually Weeks I am the most free! About: My family has always had pets my whole life, including a dog for 14 years and 3 cats. I was always dealt the task of taking care of them so I am very familiar with pet sitting. I was very good/reliable so this job seemed like a natural choice for me. I am currently working at a gym, but only 17 hours a week so this will be more of my main priority. Other than the part time job I am free! I have a fenced yard with a lot of room to play, as well as a safe and comfortable neighborhood street for walks. I also have 2 very friendly cats that stay either outside or in my Mother’s room.

About: I love pets and being in nature enhances my love to take care of pets and always more room for more walk or runs which sets up a great times I’m working full time although I work hybrid, two to three days in the office, and will love to pet sit Wednesday, Friday Saturday or Sunday!
