About: Hello animal lovers - I have benefitted from Rover for dog sitting and realize it's something I'd love to do myself. My husband (a social worker) and I are both dog lovers and have a dog (a Frenchie) as well. I work from home (I run a marketing agency I started 12 year ago) and alas much of typical day I'm on zoom, and treasure the breaks for walking and loving on the dogs. While new to Rover, if been helping out friends and neighbors with dog care and logistics and sharing the love for years I'm reliable, work from home, and would love to know how you could use some help. Currently offering to sit or board one dog at a time or arrange prescheduled walks. I'll treat them like family. Comfortable with dogs of many sizes and personalities, and happy to provide updates and photos for peace of mind. Looking forward to meeting your furry friend! Our dog Fiona, a frenchie, plays well with others and has some unique needs including no rough play + daily medicine needs so we're familiar with special rules and medical needs. We do a morning walk, a mid day walk, an "after work" walk and a before bed walk. I work from home so am genrrally around all day. While flexible, I imagine at least initially the primary offering will be to host and care for your dog at our place but am open to house sitting if there's a great fit, I work from home. I can host your dog weekdays and weekends but know on weekends we may have friends (and sometimes friends with dogs) stop by. We have a fenced in deck otherwise for excercise we take leashed walks. I currently am only offering care in my own home and plan to only host one additional dog overnight at a time. Ask me any questions you'd like.
About: Walks through Armstrong Redwoods are a favorite activity. I have a large yard and a dog friendly house. I have a couple of years experience working in a veterinary clinic giving me experience medicating animals, including giving injections. I have a pool for dogs who love to swim! I was a volunteer and puppy raiser for Canine Companions for Independence back in the mid to late 1980's, and a Puppy Petter for Assistance Dog Institute in the early 2000's. I've also kept busy with boarding in my home for friends and acquaintances. I love dogs!! I have Sundays and Mondays off from my full time job, but I can fit in a nice walk after 4 pm most other days. When I have someone's dog, they get my full attention; we play, exercise, snuggle. My focus is providing an enriching experience for your dog .

About: I will spoil your dog with attention and provide you with complete peace of mind. You can rest assured that your dog is safe and happy and getting the care you specify (such as health needs or special diet) and the love your dog wants (games, walks, toys, treats, hugs, and other canine amusements). My work is part-time, online, and at my own pace, so I can easily shift my attention to your dog's needs for walks and playtime. I have a small fenced yard with artificial grass, and there is a large park at the end of the street, two or three small parks in the neighborhood, and a 2-mile trail to downtown. I have whatever a dog needs but ideally, pets should arrive with their own favorite "furniture," toys, and treats.

About: Hi there! 🐾 I’m a lifelong animal lover and a proud pet parent who has been caring for dogs and cats since I was about 8 years old. As an adult, that’s given me a lot of experience with animals of all shapes, sizes, personalities, and quirks! ❤️ I’ve cared for dogs ranging from 10 lbs to 100+ lbs and have experience with puppies, senior pets, and dogs who need a little extra patience and understanding. I’m comfortable with behavioral challenges including anxiety, reactivity, and food aggression, and I have hands-on experience with puppy training and basic commands. Cats have also been a huge part of my life. I’ve lived in multi-cat households for most of my life and have experience with cats and kittens of all personalities. One of my most memorable experiences was when a stray cat came into my home and ended up giving birth to her kittens right on my lap! 🥹🐱 I’m also comfortable caring for chickens and have some experience with birds, rabbits, reptiles, and fish. I regularly pet sit for friends and family, and I decided to join Rover because caring for animals is genuinely something I love doing.
