She asked a ton of questions about our dogs habits, personality and routine during the meet and greet and helped us understand what we should bring to make sure he was comfortable while we were away. Tito was very comfortable around her and we would definitely leave Tito with Karen again.”

My dog doesn't need special accommodations, but they were prepared for extra time, yard time (she loved that), sleep on furniture, etc. They also communicated well for meet/greet, drop off, pick up, and the times they were in the house - with pictures. My pup is heading back for my next out of town trip, because she liked staying there.”
