“Jackie and Jorge were amazing with our girl. We went on 8 day journey where she would not have been happy. Jackie let us bring her about a month before to see if they liked each other and if her pup would get along. Missy is a service dog so we were concerned about the separation. We give thanks that God sent us to them. Absolutely great care, lots of pictures and updates. Missy was taken care of so much better than any kennel would have. She noticed early on that one of my dogs had blood in her pee, took her to the ER over a holiday weekend (after checking in with us), and waited hours in the parking lot late into the night so my dog didn’t have to stay the night there by herself. I’m blown away by her care and kindness in what was a very stressful emergency being away from home. She also kept my dog up to date on her antibiotics until we came home. In addition to this, she sends multiple thoughtful updates and images throughout the stay. It’s hard to trust someone with your dog for the first time and she did so much more than I could’ve asked.
