About: I have taken care of many types of pets ever since I was 13, either my home pets, neighbor's cats and dogs, and even at the humane shelter during highschool. Currently training a bernedoodle, Dunkin, for the Southern Wisconsin Therapy Dog Association. If you ask family & friends, they’ll tell you that I cannot pass any animal without affectionately acknowledging them. And only if the animal is willing, I will give lots of love. I genuinely enjoy animals far more than people. ;) I have taken multiple levels of dog training courses. I also enjoy riding the family horse, Apache, in my free time. I have a pretty flexible work schedule but I work most days 8-4:30, M-F I am available before work, after work, evenings until about 10-10:30pm and weekends. Or overnights if booked. In client’s homes, I would use whichever method they prefer. If they leash potty an animal, I will do that. If animal runs in fenced in yard, I will stand in yard & wait. If they have a special request for animal, I will discuss with client if I am capable of said request.
About: I have had animals and cared for animals since I was young. On top of my personal animals, I have also dog and cat sat for family friends. I have also dealt with a diabetic cat and it’s shots. I am mostly just available on Fridays after 10:30 and on the weekends. I do sometimes have the availability for an afternoon (after 4) walk or drop in. About: What sets me apart from other sitters is that I have been around animals my whole life. Whether it be my home, family, or friend’s homes. All of my life we have had a pet in the home. But I’ve been around anywhere from dogs and cats to birds, horses and bearded dragons! Ive also been around dogs that can be aggressive and territorial and I did well being patient and getting them to trust me. I have a pretty set schedule! I work Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm. I tend to have free time on the weekends and during the week after work. I’ve always loved animals and have some of my own, plus going for walks is something I do already! I prefer to care for pets in the owners home since that is where they are comfortable and have their own things. It is a priority for me to keep the animal on their usual routine and keep them happy and comfortable.

Mariah is simply amazing! My Vizsla/Weimaraner (high energy, high separation anxiety) loves Mariah every time we have her. This year he was diagnosed with EPI and diabetes, both of which I have all of the trust in the world with Mariah supporting us through it when I’m out of town. Having to support a strict diet routine and insulin twice daily, there was no doubt Maria was equipped to take on the challenge. Her extensive background makes me feel at ease every time I’m gone. No question, Mariah is the girl!
