Kate and her family were amazing!! She took the time to read over my dogs profile, ask questions, and make me feel at ease as this was my 1st time using Rover. I even felt comfortable enough to let them take my pup to their mountain house which my girl loved! She communicates daily with updates, pictures, and any questions. She didn’t flinch when I over prepared for my dogs stay which I appreciate a lot! Her entire family is warm and welcoming and her house reflects this as well. Ann is #1 on my list of dog sitters. She has the patience of Jobe. Toby is a relentless barker when he meets someone. His noise did not deter Ann one bit.
