She was amazing!!! She booked us last minute during a very stressful time and throughout the time she took care of my baby she communicated and sent multiple pictures and updates on how she was doing. Additionally, she was very open to work with us about the drop off a d pick up times. Knowing my dog, I bet my baby felt at home with Mariia.
Ryan did a fantastic job of keeping me updated with picture and videos of my Nola girl. It was very nice to not have to worry about if Nola was being taken care of properly because of the constant updates from Ryan. Would book again. Very flexible and my dog was exhausted by the time we got home!!
We had such a wonderful experience with Kate! She is reliable and communicative. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our dog was in such caring and capable hands. She kept us updated with messages and photos. It made being away so much easier. Our dog even became besties with one of her dogs lol. Kate and her family were amazing!! She took the time to read over my dogs profile, ask questions, and make me feel at ease as this was my 1st time using Rover.
