She was so welcoming and willing to work with us from drop off timing to special food instructions and she communicated with pictures and notes regularly! She took my Nala on big walks, let her out on a leash in the yard, and was attentive to her, sent me multiple pictures and videos, and I can tell my dog wants to go back.
