About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember and have always had pets growing up. From energetic dogs to laid-back cats, I can’t imagine life without them. I live in Jamaica Beach, so I’m always surrounded by people and pets enjoying the neighborhood, and I love getting outside for walks and spending time with animals. In high school, I volunteered at a local dog shelter, where I cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities. That experience taught me a lot about reading animal behavior, building trust, and making sure every pet felt safe and cared for. Whether your pet loves to play, go for long walks, or just wants someone to hang out with, I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention and care while you’re away. I am currently a student at UTMB living on the West End of Galveston. I can accomodate to most times and work around my school schedule. I typically spend 20-30 minutes with your pet and we can play fetch, go on a walk, lay on the couch... we will do whatever your pet is comfortable with and whatever you have in mind.

Frequent walks close to beach if they want to walk there. Cage or no cage. love for animals started little. Enjoy walking them spoiling them!! I work from home. About: I am a well experienced vet nurse now in undergrad with high hopes for med school! I've been a dog trainer all the way up to ICU nurse. I think I can handle most any situation so you can leave your home and your babies comfortably with me! I'm going to school online on a self paced basis so pet care is a perfect fit for me and my schedule. My 86 year old neighbor loves my 1 year old miniature poodle Boseman and loves her little farm so long stays away are okay with the both of us. My poodle Boseman has free range of my place but is also fully kennel trained if need be (used when I worked long hospital hours). He gets walks around our pond or goes next door with my neighbor's 50+ chickens, 2 cats, and 3 dogs. He gets fed twice a day and plenty of treats (super high metabolism lol).

About: I am new to Rover, but have taken care of animals, big and small, all my life, and hope to grow my Rover profile at the same time I build my career as a recently-graduated archaeology Ph.D. student. I fully believe that our pets are parts of our family, and they deserve to be cared for that way. Our pets are just one part of our lives, but we are their whole lives, and I believe that is a gift, and means that taking care of pets is an honor. I grew up with dogs, cats, and even the occasional snake or two, and am familiar with animals at every stage of life. I am also used to a wide variety of energy levels and sizes, and have cared for small dogs, big dogs, house hippos, and tiny tornadoes (I also recognize that sometimes tiny tornadoes come in cat-form). I am very comfortable walking and playing with large, energetic dogs, and can provide them all the stimulation and engagement that they need. I am also familiar with the unique needs of cats, and have never had a period in my life when I did not have at least one cat as a pet. I am completely at ease with litter box care, playtime, and snuggle time. I am also very comfortable caring for geriatric animals, and animals that require medication. Throughout my life, I have cared for many pets, both cats and dogs, at the end of their lives, and even currently have a 20+ year old cat that requires some extra attention. I understand that older animals are special cases, and they deserve all the attention and care we can give them in their twilight years. I will care for your animals like my own, and will love the opportunity to make a new furry friend! I am currently an adjunct professor, and I have my own archaeological nonprofit, but this means my schedule is mostly up to me. This gives me ample time to spend with your pets, as well as flexibility to fit into your schedule. I will care for your animals in your home according to their routine and your expectations. I understand how important routine is, and how important environment is for pets to feel safe and secure.

I also have previous veterinary and emergency veterinary assistant experience. I’m an experienced aquarist, plant and garden caregiver, and have hand-raised baby birds. I adore fish, guinea pigs, chickens, reptiles and amphibians too, so no worries if you have multiple pets because I take excellent care of them all! My own babies include: Hestia my newest adopted kitty, 6 pond goldfish and 1 pleco, 4 chickens, a bunch of plants, and I dabble in aquaponics (growing fish and plants together). I’m mature, responsible, detailed, and trustworthy. Taking clients now until my schedule is filled. Hope to see you soon! Feeding, care, play, and love — all day every day! We’ll probably listen to some music and do some howling too! We’ll take field trips to the beach as often as possible. HOUSE SITTING: I have deep respect for my client’s pets and home as I am also a property owner and property manager. ONSITE: 4 apartments formerly Airbnb rentals now used as pet accommodations — and a huge, fenced in backyard. We have lots of room for plenty of pets that won’t be in contact with one another (so no worries about getting along with others). I’m currently working part- time which gives me plenty of time to spend with your pets! I am typically always free in the mornings and afternoon while some days I am free all day. Schedule can always be discussed. I am open to provide any care your fur baby might need while you are away and cannot provide that care. Ans if you booked at anytime i wanted to say I am available i just lost my job and wanted to start focusing on my business I care so much for animals Ans there wellbeing and wanted to do more schoolwork and more dog walks to help me for my college fund so I can reach that goal to be a vet tech.if you booked me to will get house-care etc not jus a dog walker i can help with laundry cleaning I use to be a cleaner lol but I will treat your house like my own clean and neat. I treat it as if it was my home if there a mess i clean and help out if the dog or cat pees or messes the house i can help. I can administer medication I can give shots. I can provide extra exercise and I can run with them if needed and just whatever preferences you have, I can accommodate that.

About: Ive taken care of dogs since I was 10. I’m a big dog lover and I’ve had three of my own at home and miss them dearly. I love to go on long walks or just play and chill. I’m a student but I’m basically free all week besides when I have class! I can also just hang out with your dog while I do homework. I have a front yard and a great space for taking dogs on a walk. I also have a room that fits a crate if that’s preferable!
