“Dawn was excellent! This is my first time using Rover and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Dawn was very responsive, sent updates and pics, and did a great job taking care of Hank, my 17 year old cat. She followed the food, treat, and litter box routine (which is a little complicated bc of his health issues). Dawn even let Hank enjoy the morning sun on the porch (which required a little bit of set-up). I highly recommend her as a sitter and will be a repeat customer.”

About: Caring for your furry children like family while you’re away! Hi! I’m Carter. I was blessed with my dog Ruger as I graduated high school 6 years ago. Since then, Ruger and I both graduated from Florida State University, where he was our fraternity house dog. After recently relocating to Jacksonville Beach, I am now available for all your pet sitting needs. I work remotely during the week and am available for pop-ins, overnight stays, or extended vacations. Located right near the beach, I can easily make it over to Jacksonville metro on short time frames. I treat everyone’s pets like my own. As a dog owner myself, I know how nerve-wracking it can be to leave your furry ones behind, and aim to ease that by devoting my time to give you peace of mind.

About: I have grown up with multiple dogs for as long as I remember, and have also watched neighbors dogs since the age of 11. I have taken care of pets overnight for multiple days including walks, feeding, and playing/entertaining. I have time during the day to stop in and take your pet out or go for a walk and do feedings as well. Whatever specifics you may want/need we can discuss! I am able to keep your pets company, take them on walks, feed them, play with them, and crate them as well if needed. Anything more that you may need just ask! I have experience administering medicines from my own pets.

I grew up with both horses and dogs, so caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I currently have two Pit Lab mixes of my own who are truly my children! I also regularly help care for my sister’s dog when needed. I work from home, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for your pets throughout the day. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, playtime, and lots of attention. Living at Jax Beach, I’m always out walking my own dogs and would love to bring your pup along for some fresh air and exercise! I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I have two dogs of my own, so I understand how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your pets. I’ll always follow your pet’s normal routine and any instructions you provide, while making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away.

About: Since I was 5 years old, I have had a family dog as part of my life. I take special care with my now current elderly dog to make sure he is hydrated in the summer heat. I will give the same care to your family member. I am retired and available most days for drop in visits in the morning, afternoon and evenings. I will make your pet's needs are met and keep you informed of their care. In your home I will use the upmost respect for your animal's care and home. I plan on each visit to spend time not only taking care of their needs but talking and playing with them too.

About: Marco has taking care of his family dogs since he was 10yrs old. He has a lot of experience walking dogs, feeding them, and taking care of them. We live with a 3yrs old Corso mix, and we both take care of our her making sure she always gets her exercise and a lot of cuddles. During his/her stay, your pet will be treated as a member of our family. We enjoy doing activities with the dogs, especially going for walks around our neighborhood or to the beach. Marco works part time so he is pretty flexible during the week, and Eleonora works from home 2 days a week. We are around weekends, available for drop in or walks or pet sitting. We have a fenced yard and a very friendly dog that can play with your fur baby. We can also arrange dividing spaces as needed. If we found out about your dog having fleas/lices, we will charge for a bath ($50) and for special cleaning of the house for $250.
