Now that she is older, we realize how much we miss having new dogs hang with us! We recently relocated to Jacksonville, and are excited to meet a whole new group of pupp friends! She handled Rebel’s high-energy personality perfectly and was so gentle with Onyx, who is much more timid. I loved receiving the daily updates and photos. Onyx enjoyed being able to relax on the couch like she does at home and Rebel loved having a choice of toys to play with. When I picked them up, they were both happy, relaxed, and 'smiling.' About: I grew up in a home full of animals and loved every second of it. At one point, we had five dogs and six puppies running around house. Being surrounded by dogs was such a special part of my childhood and helped shape my love for caring for them. Today, I have a 3 year old dachshund of my own who has been one of the biggest blessings in my life. As a pet parent, I understand how important it is to know your baby is in safe and loving hands when you’re away. That’s why, on my days off, I enjoy providing that same peace of mind to other pet owners. I treat every pet as if they were my own, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. As a full-time Nurse Practitioner student, my schedule can be busy, but spending time with dogs is one of my favorite ways to unwind and recharge. Caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life, and I genuinely enjoy incorporating pet care into my weekly routine. Whether it’s going for walks, playing, providing companionship, or simply giving them extra love and attention, I find so much joy in being around dogs. Inside, pets are treated like part of the family and are welcome to relax, play, and roam comfortably in a safe, supervised environment. I make sure each pet receives plenty of attention, affection, potty breaks, playtime, and exercise based on their individual needs and routine. I understand that every dog is different, so I do my best to maintain the schedule and care they are accustomed to at home. “This is the first time I have used Debra and I have NO REGRETS!!! The meets and greet went well and the one night stay for our mini labradoodle (Andy) went very well. Plenty of pictures and our Andy seemed to enjoy himself. She was attentive to our comments when we dropped the dog off and provided feedback when we picked up the dog.
