About: I am COVID vaccinated and perfectly happy to mask up for meet and greets. I have 13+ years experience with a difficult and anxious dog. Im able to provide a calm presence for nervous/fearful dogs and I have years of experience with administering oral medications. I’ve had pets my whole life, ranging from cats to dogs to hamsters to rats. I work full time during the day, but I am able to do morning and evening check ins for your pets. I’m a daily cat box scooper in my own home. My weekend availability it higher for longer visits as needed. I am a big fan of maintaining as normal of a schedule as possible for your pets. I’m happy to indulge any quirks (I’ve wiped bottoms after potty breaks) that your pet may have so we can have the best experience together.

She fed our 2 dogs and our Beta fish AM and PM for 7 days and we never once worried about the care and love our animals were receiving. She sent lots of pictures and an update during each visit, let us know that our alarm system needed a new battery and even offered to replace it, and came back an extra time to put some medication on our dog's foot. She really went ABOVE AND BEYOND what the job entailed. I could tell from her pictures that our dogs were very happy, and could see it again when Lisa came by after we returned home. Our dogs clearly love her and so do we! I'd give her 10 stars if it was an option! Don't hesitate to book Lisa...she's great!”

About: I have trained my dogs through the Good Canine Citizen training, some trick training and have worked with Guide Dogs for the Blind as a puppy sitter. I work school day hours, leaving at 7am and returning between 3:30 & 3:45... I am an early riser and have several hours to play with pet guests, and I try to be active with my pets after I get home before dark. Weekends I am very free, the only standing commitment I have between April-June is being gone for 4 hours on saturday mornings. I have a small fenced yard area to spend some time outside together, maybe some light ball throwing. I enjoy taking the dogs on walks through the neighborhood, and also enjoy driving the short trip to the off lead dog park at 1000 acres. I have a long line lead to use for unfamiliar doggos so they can roam and play with confidence and safety.

Walks, cuddles, feeding, meds; I’ve got it covered! It’s just me and my two teenagers in the house - they are 16 and 18 and both have their own cars so I rarely see them! They’ve grown up around having a dog, and continually pressure me to have another one 😵💫 We had a bully breed mix, Celine Dion who sadly passed from old age in 2019. She had diabetes towards the end of her life, so I’m familiar with giving medication/shots if necessary. Since then we’ve regularly looked after our friends’ dogs, as you can see from the photos. We fostered Simba in 2024, we had him for 10 months until he was adopted. Because of having family in England, I want to be able to travel there frequently so am not ready to have a permanent dog again yet. Being a dog sitter fills a need for me! I work from home so have flexibility in my routine and am always available for my visitors’ needs. I like to take a morning walk, and should probably take an evening one too. I’m not away from home often. I have a fully fenced yard and my neighborhood has beautiful walking trails, that I use whether I am walking a dog, or just walking alone. I’ve fostered rescue dogs and have experience of high anxiety dogs. I’m 6 feet tall and strong, and my last foster was great with people but not so much with other dogs we met on our walks, so I’m used to avoiding them, if necessary! I am happy to send photos to you whilst your dog is in my care, and will communicate with you as frequently as you would like.

“If you are looking for someone to watch your animals, who is a proven responsible pet owner, then Ashley is who you want! Many years ago Ashley took in a stray border collie mix, who at first glance appeared to be a perfect dog. It didn't take long to figure out that he was far from perfect, as he suffered greatly from separation anxiety, not to mention fear of thunder, fireworks, and yes - even the noise garbage trucks make. Over the course of his lifetime she had to "remodel" 3 bathrooms (because he tried to hide and locked himself in), and repair a leather couch that he tore up trying to find a good hiding place. While most people may have given up and surrendered him to a shelter, she did not. As he aged he developed Cushing's Disease, went blind and deaf, and had difficulty navigating stairs. Where many people may have decided it was time to say goodbye, she instead sought treatment for the disease, and bought a harness that he wore 24/7 - so that she could assist him going up and down stairs. It wasn't until she felt he was no longer enjoying life that she finally decided it was time to say goodbye. That dog was deeply devoted to Ashley - just as she was to him. Ashley's view on pet ownership is simple: You aquired the pet - so you signed up for the job of providing for them and caring for them - whether it's convenient or not. Trust in Ashley - your pets will thank you for it!”

“Patty graciously boarded my two cats in her home for about one month. Both of my boys had plenty of space to play and lounge in her spacious finished basement. Patty provided excellent care, feeding both cats on a schedule, taking time to play with them daily, and keeping their litter fresh. She has a good selection of toys, scratchers, and other kitty stuff, including a litter box. This made it easy for me to just drop off the cats and not have to pack too much. Patty's two dogs are both great with cats, but the basement space makes it easy to keep the dogs totally separate from the cats if that is preferred. All in all, boarding my cats with Patty was a wonderful, stress-free experience! I would trust her with my pets any time!”
