About: I have been a dog owner for 55 years! :) I live down the street from a big park and trails. I have an 8 year old lab who is loving, sweet and enjoys playing with other dogs. My kids are almost grown, so this single mom has a lot of time on her hands to give to your fur baby. I work full-time M-F until 4pm. My evenings and weekends are free. I am available during most holidays. I’m an early riser and love early morning walks. I have a huge yard! My home is a dog-friendly home, so expect cuddling on the couch. Dogs are allowed to roam freely in my home.

About: I believe my 2 years in vet med has provided me exceptional knowledge in order to provide the best care for your pets. I practice everyday at work to notice even the smallest of changes in my patients. I, of course, am always making sure they’re comfortable and am always advocating for them! I also would be more than to happy to provide some play time, administer any meds or any other special routines! Similar to when I’m at work, I provide care for my own pets at home. Making sure they have food, water, clean bedding, and making sure they’re comfortable are extremely important to me! About: I have spent lots of time taking care of and being with dogs since having my own dog in 3rd grade, as well as countless cats my family had grownup. I have had my own dog Bruce for the last 3 and a half years and am thrilled to use my extra time helping watch dogs who need it. I have been pet sitting for family and friends over the last few years and would love the chance to take care of your furry family. I have a fenced back yard with lots of space to play and behind my yard is a large park in which to walk and play. About: Dogs, cats, fish, birds, rabbits, rodents, farm animals. Experienced taking care of a large number of animals. Ran a homestead for three years with small livestock and have assisted other farms with their animals. I started my pet care with fish when I was ten. I adopted my first couple of cat companions fifteen years ago. My grandmother's old dog joined our family after she passed away until she joined her a few years later. I have a lot of experience training cats although I've haven't yet paid for a certification. My cats learn to play hunt before meals, high five, sit, come when called, etc. Our family currently includes two older male cats. Phobos is our most recent addition. An approximately eight year old stray at deaths door step. Fleas, eye infection, malnutrition, teeth rotting (only two didn't have to be pulled), and hiding in a corner in his own pee. Within a few short months he became a healthy, vibrant, well trained partner always looking for loves. I'm a school bus driver which leaves me with some open time in the middle of the day on school days and addition time on non-school days. With time in the middle of the day when I work I can often service two separate areas. North Portland and out near Gresham. I look forward to giving your furry family lots of attention and care. I'll pay close attention to your care requirements as every animal has different needs and desires. You can count on pictures to set your mind at ease.

They’ve grown up around having a dog, and continually pressure me to have another one 😵‍💫 We had a bully breed mix, Celine Dion who sadly passed from old age in 2019. She had diabetes towards the end of her life, so I’m familiar with giving medication/shots if necessary. Since then we’ve regularly looked after our friends’ dogs, as you can see from the photos. We fostered Simba in 2024, we had him for 10 months until he was adopted. Because of having family in England, I want to be able to travel there frequently so am not ready to have a permanent dog again yet. Being a dog sitter fills a need for me! I work from home so have flexibility in my routine and am always available for my visitors’ needs. I like to take a morning walk, and should probably take an evening one too. I’m not away from home often. I have a fully fenced yard and my neighborhood has beautiful walking trails, that I use whether I am walking a dog, or just walking alone. I’ve fostered rescue dogs and have experience of high anxiety dogs. I’m 6 feet tall and strong, and my last foster was great with people but not so much with other dogs we met on our walks, so I’m used to avoiding them, if necessary! I foster dogs and cats regularly from the shelter (familiar with rescue angels) and I have experience and am comfortable will all dog breeds and administering medications if needed. About: I grew up with dogs in the house, always loved spending time with my friends dogs and cuddling with my own. My childhood dog Lucy I helped take care of until she passed at 13. I currently help care for my 10-year-old family husky that has hip problems. I love hyper puppies and tiring them out with play. I'm good with stressful situations. Due to my past caregiving jobs I am used to sorting and administering medicine, and with my own husky i'm used to giving dogs medication. I am occasionally working for a family friend for caregiving, but its usually maybe 5 times a week, so pet sitting will be no problem. I like things clean so I will make sure to put toys where they go and tidy around the house while I'm there. I like grooming dogs, seeing as I have a husky I am no stranger to a lot of fur, as well as cleaning up after grooming.

About: While growing up I have always had a dog in the home. I’m a huge dog lover and don’t know what I would do if I did not have a dog in my life. I remember when my parents let me chose our next dog when I was young. I chose a sheltie and named him Arrow. The reason for the name Arrow was when I went to pick him up I noticed in his fur on the back of his head was an arrow. I loved taking care of Arrow and we had a special bond! I loved taking him on walks and he loved chasing me around the house. When I turned 15 I started to take care of one of my neighbors cats and fish when they went on vacations. After completing one summer, I started taking care of their cats and fish for the next eight years before I moved out. Once the rest of my neighbors found out I was known in the neighborhood for taking care of my neighbors dogs and cats when they were on vacations! I have also taken care of many of my coworkers cats and dogs as well. So rest assured your pet will be in good hands while you are on vacation. It will be one less stress to worry about. I currently work full time, however work three 12 hours shifts. I’m currently off Friday-Monday. So I’m available for the weekends, so perfect for anyone wanting to do a weekend getaway! I do work graveyard so I’m available anytime after 2pm on Fridays. However, if you need to drop of earlier just communicate so I can plan ahead. My girlfriend and I live in a townhouse. I don’t have a fenced backyard. However, have a small backyard that is used for potty breaks. It does have a small area of grass turf (fake grass). The good news we live in Fairview in the Fairview Terrace community. We have a very large area for dogs. So your dog will have lots of playtime in the grassy area. Also, the neighborhood is perfect for walking your dog as well. The community is fenced and a gated community as well. Our community is very dog friendly and many pet owners. We also have a micro mini Golden doodle. So your dog will have a playmate as well. We can also send photos of your pet to you while on vacation to help with the separation. I know when I go on vacation I have a hard time leaving my fur baby behind. For me, getting photos of my fur baby made the vacation a little easier!

About: I just joined, I’ve worked in Veterinary medicine for 15 years which includes Kennel/Veterinary Assistant in a general practice ,Emergency Veterinary Medicine for almost 5 years now. I am most recently since moving out west in the ER/ICU at a Veterinary Speciality. I moved from Maine in the summer of 2024 to explore more of the outdoors and meet new people. I’ve had on and off experience over many years of pet sitting mostly for my veterinary co workers pets in their homes (multiple cats, multiple dogs and sometimes a combination of both). I would love to have healthy fun experiences with your pets on their normal day and maybe learn something new from each of them. I work full time Thurs-Saturday I’m available for Walks, Daycare and Drop ins. I have no Daycare friends at this time so I am more available for drops in or walks.
