“The relationship started with a meet and greet and Yiqiuxi and Nick asked all of the right questions to ensure that it was a good fit. They were interested in his routines and most importantly the do's and don'ts so Gucci didn't pick up any bad habits. Next the drop off. They have a huge area for Gucci to get plenty of exercise and he showed an immediate sign that he was comfortable which sealed the deal. We could not be happier with how well our Gucci was taken care of (6 nights) I was truly impressed with the consistency in daily updates which included photos, cuddle time and summary of his day. Throughout our dog Dexter’s stay, Jesus was very responsive to my messages, sending photos and videos. He was clear with procedures for drop off and pick up. Dexter was happy to be in the Romero house while we were out of town. We highly recommend!
We love Mickey! He’s trained my dog continually and kept my dog during the weekend to get him more used to other dogs and everything has gone well! We will continue training for life! Mickey is laid back and explains everything sufficiently for my family to use tactics for our dog.
Jesus always takes incredible care of our golden retriever, Teddy. We originally worked with Jesus to train Teddy as a puppy, and now he’s the only person we trust to board him when we’re out of town. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing Teddy is with someone who truly cares about him. Jesus sends us plenty of photos and videos throughout each stay, so we always know Teddy is having the best time. The biggest sign of all is how excited Teddy gets when we drop him off. He is always so thrilled to see Jesus. I highly recommend Jesus for boarding or training needs.
