He was receptive to our concerns (our dog is 12), and let us know that our dog was in good hands. Carlos was also willing to accommodate a late pickup on the final day due to flight issues, which we really appreciated. “We had a great experience boarding our miniature poodle mix with Eldeen and her lovely family. We could tell Daisey felt right at home when she first arrived. We had a meeting prior to boarding. Eldeen wanted to make sure she knew every need of our pup to have the best possible experience. My 11 year old daughter, my dog's BFF, gave the experience with Eldeen two thumbs up. You could tell Daisey had a good time because before we left she went up to Eldeen and her daughter to give them love. I would recommend them to anyone looking for pet care.”

Between the hiking, fresh chicken and broth with every meal, massive yard, and plenty of other dogs to play with, I am surprised my two pups were willing to leave! Seyla has a very impressive operation going on. He sends a ton of videos of their hiking adventures, meals, and play time in the yard. He also had no issues whatsoever handling my energetic pudelpointer and shy rescue. I have used plenty of rovers, and I can honestly say that Seyla is the best one I have found. His dedication to all the dogs in his home is truly admirable and put me completely at ease. I cannot recommend him highly enough! We will be back!!
Faith was simply fantastic! She was communicative, thorough, attentive, and assisted at all times before and throughout my dogs stay. She was my first time utilizing rover and having my dog away for an extended stay. He fit right in, appeared at ease, and was up to his normal ways. When I went to pick up my dog, he looked healthy, confident, no fear or anxiety on him whatsoever. That was one of the most telling things that Faith and her family took great care of my dog. I cannot recommend her any higher and I will certainly be requesting her services again. Thanks again for everything Faith!
