About: I raised my Shih Tzu from 3 months up until I lost him to kidney disease on 9/11/2024. I walked him on a regular basis except rainy days (he hated getting wet lol), he was potty trained and free to roam the house while I was not home. Everyone ( family, friends, neighbors) knew how much I loved and cared for him. When he was in his last days from kidney failure, I stayed by his side until the end. I kept his routine the same. I pushed him in his stroller when he could not walk anymore. Administered him an IV daily to keep him hydrated when he barely ate and drank. I laid with him and held him until he let me know it was time for him to go to that Rainbow Bridge. I currently work Monday - Friday with an unpredictable schedule. Saturdays & Sundays are best for me at this time. Some holidays will be an option as well. Example, Martin Luther King, Presidents Day Before I lost my dog to kidney disease, he was potty trained and free to roam the house. I walked him when I got home and he was my cuddle buddy when it was time to go to bed.

About: I have been around dogs my entire life. From the dog I grew up with to the dogs I have raised myself, I have always had a pal by my side. I know how important great animal care is. When my wife and I are out of town, we want pictures and updates often, so rest assured, your animals will be taken care of and I’ll send the updates to prove it! I have raised dogs of my own, taken in dogs when they needed a home, and adopted dogs from shelters. I have experience dealing with all different types of dogs with different temperaments and personalities. I understand that not all dogs are ready to immediately be your friend and take time to warm up to you, but they always do! I really love dogs (and cats too!). They are our companions and family members. They mean the world to us. They are our fur babies. I understand how Important our animals are to us. I believe in giving dogs and cats their best lives possible, because while we depend on them for love and companionship, they rely on us for everything. I am a freelance photographer, so I make my own schedule. I am looking for work to fill in the gaps between jobs, so if I accept a pet sitting gig, it will have my full attention! Asia and Darien were great with our pups! They were patient, attentive, playful with them even though sirius was very nervous. We received lots of photos and videos throughout the day of the dogs playing in the yard or chilling which is always the highlight of any vacation. We would definitely use them again in the future!
