“Bozena was a great sitter for the time she had Nemo with the inclusion of constant photo updates. Bozena welcomed us into her home where Nemo was going to have plenty of company with the kids being around. The fact that Bozena was able to take care of some other dogs while Nemo was there also added to his stay. Nemo also seemed to have a great time in her yard prancing around as he wished. He exerted so much energy during his stay that once we got home he slept the whole afternoon. She may be a bit far out to some folks, but I definitely recommend Bozena if available.”

About: I raised my Shih Tzu from 3 months up until I lost him to kidney disease on 9/11/2024. I walked him on a regular basis except rainy days (he hated getting wet lol), he was potty trained and free to roam the house while I was not home. Everyone ( family, friends, neighbors) knew how much I loved and cared for him. When he was in his last days from kidney failure, I stayed by his side until the end. I kept his routine the same. I pushed him in his stroller when he could not walk anymore. Administered him an IV daily to keep him hydrated when he barely ate and drank. I laid with him and held him until he let me know it was time for him to go to that Rainbow Bridge. As a newly retired person, I have plenty of time to give your furry friend(s) all the love, walks, and attention they need and deserve. Whether in my home or a clients, I provide a comfortable environment with meals, walks, playtime and companionship. I follow their routines as instructed to keep them happy and comfortable.

Please note that I will not host any dogs we have not previously met, for the safety of all involved. Since I'm already a dog parent, I'm already doing the dog routine - feeding, walking, petting, etc. Adding your pup to the routine will be pretty natural as a result. Hubs and I work from home, so we are actively spending time with your dog no matter what! We ask that your pet be housebroken. If they have a crate, we can add that to our routine, though our girls have full reign of the house. (It's their house, I just live in it.) Your pet can expect fresh water, a clean home, a yard to run in, and lots of treats. (Maybe also a weird dog voice...sorry not sorry!) I do my best to walk the girls more than once a day. We are regulars at various trails and greenways, as well as hanging with other friends and their dogs. My spouse and I are attentive to the needs of our girls, and will treat your dog like one of our own. You can expect your dog to be loved on, with lots of fetch in the yard, snuggles on the couch, and homemade treats for all.

About: I’ve loved and cared for dogs my whole life, primarily large dogs up until end of life, as well as cats in the last 6 years. I’ve got extensive experience with these guys, and my love for these animals runs deep! I’m currently self-employed, so my schedule is very flexible for visiting or playing with your pets! The best times to schedule me are between 8am and 8pm, but I am open to other hours with planning in advance. :) I have a screened in yard, as well as 2 crates for small dogs and cats, comfy beds, and toys for them to play with! I also have treats and a dedicated space within my home for them to relax in.

About: I currently care for an English Bull Terrier that loves people more than anything else, and is not great with dogs. She has taught me the importance of watching body language, getting ample exercise, taking safe walks to avoid other dogs, and giving all the snuggles needed. I am very aware of dogs needs and keeping distance on leashes because of her. I have been around dogs all my life, from smell driven hound dogs, to ball driven mixes, and I love to play with and care for them all! I grew up raising rats and I love them too! I know the importance of them having social interaction, clean cages, and preferred food. I am also familiar with guinea pigs and hamsters. I also have fresh water fish tanks and can do water changes, feeding and medicine. I currently don’t have any cats (or other pets) because of my dog, so I am itching to get some quality cat time in as well! I wear her on my back in a carrier when I enter homes and walk dogs, however if your pet doesn’t like kids or is scared, I won’t be able to help this summer. If you need someone to come snuggle your pets, let them out, and play with them at anytime of the day, I am your gal! About: I've had family pets my entire life and have been the primary care giver for the majority of the time. I've also had foster puppies and dealt with very anxious larger dogs. I have a hybrid schedule so have great flexibility during the week. I'm completely free most afternoons for walks and longer sessions. Weekends are also no trouble, but fill up quickly. Each pet has their own needs. I'm able to just sit and pet or rough house with their favorite toy. I'm very respectful of crate time and treat schedules.

About: Hi, I’m Jillian. I currently own 2 dogs. A hound shepherd and mini dachshund beagle. Growing up we had a chocolate lab. Later on the family adopted a shepherd mix and then a husky. I also used to have an adorable little hedgehog and 2 birds. I currently work full time during the week and the occasional Saturday. Depending on distance I will be available for your pets for a mid day check in. I have experience at the Humane Society of Eastern North Carolina; walking/playing with dogs and feeding cats. I’ve also worked at an exotic animal farm (It’s a Zoo Life) taking care of the animals and assisting tours. I’m comfortable giving medications. Both of our family dogs take daily meditations as well as my hound shepherd. The husky is disabled, has had many surgeries and sometimes needs help getting around. I’m willing to pick up and drop off, bathe, walk and entertain your animals. I will also house sit, water plants or check mail if needed. I love puppies and kittens and I’m willing to stay overnight if needed. Exotic pets welcome! I currently work one full time job. Durning the week I have a break mid day. No breaks on the weekends but shorter hours. Depending on the distance of the address I can stop in on my break as well as before and after work. I like to stick to house rules of the owner. Please let me know specific things you would like me to oblige by or things to look out for. Otherwise the standard no crewing on people things only their own stuff, no getting on tables or counters, no biting, no pee/poop on furniture, etc.
