“Kelly is a fantastic dog sitter! She’s watched our dog Bean overnight and always provides the kind of care every pet parent hopes for. She took Bean for an evening walk, gave him lots of love and attention, and kept us updated the entire time, which gave us so much peace of mind. Kelly is trustworthy, reliable, honest, and clearly loves dogs. We’re so grateful to have found her and will book with her again!”

About: I’ve had dogs and cats since I could remember growing up. And now more recently I’ve started watching family and friends animals as well while they’re gone on short trips I love visiting them and playing with them when I get there! Im currently working part time so I plenty of time to make sure your fur babies are taken care of. During the week is more better for me but I am flexible to do weekends sometimes as well! Since I have a full house I would prefer to come to you. I love to go for walks and play outside with my dogs or when I’m watching someone else’s and I make sure I keep them on the same feeding schedule.

About: With over 8 years of hands-on experience in veterinary medicine, I bring a deep understanding of animal health, behavior, and emergency care to every pet I look after. My background includes working alongside veterinarians in clinical settings, assisting with diagnostics, surgical procedures, and administering medications. Whether it’s managing pets with chronic conditions, administering medications, or simply offering a calming presence, my veterinary experience ensures your pet is in capable, compassionate hands. I prioritize safety, well-being, and individualized care for every animal, treating each one as if they were my own. I am currently working full time at a veterinary clinic. While I am not available during the day, I will be available after 6:00 pm and in the mornings before I leave for work. I am also available almost all day during the weekends to be around for your pets. When caring for both my own pets and a client’s pet, I treat each animal with the same level of love and attention. I make sure they are fed on time and have access to fresh water throughout the day. I take dogs for regular walks to keep them active and happy, and for cats or other pets, I ensure litter boxes are kept clean and fresh. I love interacting with animals—whether it’s playing, cuddling, or just keeping them company. I want them to be comfortable and feel cared for! I also give treats (with permission) as a way to reward good behavior and build trust. Every pet in my care is treated like family.

About: From having an Irish Wolfhound and Blue Heeler on a farm with cats as well, I’ve grown up around pets my whole life. I currently have an indoor kitten, Mabel, and want to extend my expertise to you as well. I have experience pet sitting for friends often (pitbulls, golden doodles, Great Pyrenees, small dogs/toy dogs as well as American shorthair cats) and I am available full time to pet sit. I am currently waiting for my new job to start in a couple weeks so I am looking to pet sit as often as possible at this moment. I can only pet sit at the clients home at this moment but I would try to extend the same treatment I would to my own home and pets to theirs. Cleanliness and safety is of utmost importance caring for pets along with exercise, play, and affection.

“Abigale was great! She stayed at our house for over 10 days to watch our English Mastiff, Meera, and our short-haired cat, Starlord. Abigale took great care of our animals, giving us picture updates regularly. We will definitely be using her again. A helpful tip for anyone interested in the 'House Sitting' service: On top of the Rover fee, we offered to provide a fully stocked fridge and pantry with items of her request. We also tipped her for the care she provided. These are not required, however, it does seem like something that should at least be offered to the sitter.”

“We had a great experience working with Kaitlyn to watch our 2yr old Lab, Gus, for a day. Gus is a rescue with some behavior quirks and she was very good about helping us further his training exercises while we were gone. In the process of setting up the dog-sit, she was timely with communication and reliable with scheduling. We are looking forward to working with her again later this month on a longer stay!”

About: Hey Pet Parents! My name is Juliana and I hold a lot of significant experience in caring for pets! First off, I am a full time student at Ohio Northern University where I currently am apart of the Polar Paws program as a Secondary Trainer. This program allows college students to care for and train future service dogs. As a secondary trainer, I would work with various dogs on campus by training and sitting them while their primary caretaker is busy. Prior to university, I volunteered at the Van Wert County Humane Society where I worked with cats and dogs of all ages and all breeds. This consisted of walking the dogs, cleaning cages, cleaning litter boxes, playing with the animals, etc. Currently I am available anytime during the day and anytime of the week, until I update my availability when I need to go back to campus. I care for pets as if they are children. They need attention, respect, and when being babysat, a good time! That being said, in my own home they have access to their own food, water, play area, and have set potty breaks. In a clients home, the same will apply. Any alternative toys, medications, and food can be used most definitely if requested by client. Always a clean and tidy environment before and after.

“Our first time using Rover and Kim and we are pleased. She kept in touch with us and updated us with pics. The boys did well with her. Will be repeat customers.”

Karina C.
“Karina is the most amazing pet caregiver I have ever met! She drives almost an hour to come and watch my dog peanut and he loves her as much as me. She goes above and beyond when it comes to taking care of my dog and he even tries to leave with her when she gets in her car. He loves getting to go on walks and getting pup cups at our local ice cream place. Would definitely recommend Karina 11/10 times to anyone needing this type of service!”

Jessica B.
“Jess is the absolute best and I highly recommend her to anyone! She has worked as a veterinary assistant in multiple practices for years, so she has a very strong veterinary medicine background to know how to care for pets and even give medications (if needed). Most importantly, she truly loves pets as if they were her own. She took care of our new puppy for 11 days, while we went on vacation… we were nervous leaving our new puppy with someone else, but she took the absolute best care of her and put our minds at ease. She sent frequent updates about how our puppy was doing, she followed directions exactly as we laid it out, she loved her as if she were her own dog, and she even taught her how to sit on command and helped potty train her. She really is the best!”

Tara W.
“Tara kept an eye on my dog and two cats while I was away on a trip. She followed instructions, respected my home and sent me daily photos and updates of my pets. She is reliable, caring and very friendly. My pets loved her too! I would recommend her to anyone in need of a responsible caregiver for their fur babies.”
