About: I've cared for many pets during my life including exotics, cats, dogs, and birds in all age groups from babies to seniors. I will treat your fur babies like my own. I am currently retired with my husband. We eschool our twin boys during the day. I can pop out to do pet care and have a flexible schedule. We do travel a lot during school breaks and in the summer. I am eager to help out with home visits or walks. I enjoy all kinds of pets and don't shy away from those who need special care. Typically I visit dogs in their homes three times per day at whatever schedule works best for the pet and me. Some may need more or less visits and I can be flexible. About: All my life I've been interested in animals. I grew up with a dog, a cat, and a snake, and my work in the field has involved all sorts of animal husbandry, from shearing sheep to catching alligators or banding songbirds. Right now I have a lot of time Fridays-Mondays which I would love to spend taking care of some special pets. I don't have access to a fenced-in yard currently and would not be able to host a dog to the best of my ability. I've taken care of cats at my house, however, and have found that they quickly feel at ease in my home environment. My kitty passed away last year, unfortunately, but I am home often and will provide as much company and attention as your pet desires. I want them to know they have a friend in me.
