Tracy found a way to snuggle up and make a fairly skittish dog feel comfortable. She sent us pictures, kept us updated and also accommodated a 11pm pick up. For someone who doesn’t leave their dog with a sitter, I felt so comfortable with Tracy watching Kaapi. “If you’re looking for a wonderful human you can trust to take care of your fur baby, look no further! Alex provided exceptional care for our shy 12 year old chiweenie, Alvin. The environment is clean, safe, and inviting. There are plenty of places for fur babies to lounge comfortably. Alex provided a bed, toys and food/water bowls. Even though we brought a crate over, Alvin was so comfy that he didn’t even sleep in it. Alex was a great communicator throughout Alvin’s stay, providing frequent updates on how he settled in. Alex also provided great resources for us after Alvin’s stay based on challenges we had mentioned. Great experience and we look forward to Alvin’s next stay!”

“I had my trip to China for one month and left my 6-pound Yorkie with Catherine. She is very nice, constantly gave me updates and new photos, and my dog had a great time there. My dog is usually scared of new environments or being around with other dogs, but he had a great time here and played well with Bones and Gigi. I will definitely come back in the future. “My husband and I had to find a baby sitter for a day because we had a day-long event and wanted our pups taken care of since we would be out for so long. I found Huaqing and her profile checked all of our boxes. We have a 3 year old Pomeranian and a 4 month old Rottweiler, and she took the greatest care of them! She sent us so many pictures throughout the day of their walk breaks and them playing, and it gave me such relief to know our babies were having a great time! When we picked them up they slept right away because I know they had a blast and saw/ sniffed so many new things. Huaqing even packed us a bag of treats and a kind note talking about her day with the doggies. I would recommend her to anyone because I could tell she really does care about pets and their well- being. Thank you again a million time Huaqing!!”

“Sai was so great with Patti! This was my first time using this service and had never left Patti with a sitter before. Sai went above and beyond to make sure me and my fur baby were comfortable. He met with us before the visit and was very generous about showing us around and talking us through his plan. He shared pictures every day and updates on how the dogs were getting along since I was nervous about that. He walked them multiple times a day. Patti is in early stages of training, and Sai was incredibly patient with her and reassuring to me. He also shared the food he was giving his dog Sokka (who is a beautiful sweet boy), but was always checking and asking permission before doing anything like that. Lastly, Sai even called and coordinated with Patti’s trainer for just in case! So happy with Sai and Sokka and will definitely be booking again. Patti had a great time!”
