About: I have taken care of pets and been around them since I was 5. My family and friends usually rely on me to watch over their pets when they are gone. I just graduated high school and I’m just looking for something that will keep me busy during summer. I am barely ever busy so my schedule is very flexible. I have a fenced in yard and a VERY friendly dog that will he keep your furry buddy company. I am also able to commute very easily.

About: I’ve cared for dogs consistently for neighbors since I was growing up, which gave me hands-on experience with different breeds, personalities, and routines. Last summer, I also worked at Groomerie as a dog bather, where I learned how to safely handle dogs, read body language, keep pets calm, and make sure they felt comfortable during care. What sets me apart is that I’m patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I understand that every dog has different needs—whether that means extra energy on walks, gentle care for nervous pups, or a calm approach with older dogs. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, happy, and cared for like family. Pet care fits well into my routine this semester. I’m a college student taking three online courses, which gives me a flexible schedule throughout the week. I’m also shadowing for OT and PT three days a week, but outside of those hours I have plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins, and quality time with pets. I enjoy staying active and spending time with animals, so pet care is something I’m excited to make part of my weekly routine. Safety and trust are always my top priorities when caring for pets. In a client’s home, I make sure to follow their pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, and any house rules they have in place. I know consistency helps pets feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. I’m attentive to each pet’s behavior, keep a clean and safe environment, and always make sure doors, gates, leashes, and food areas are secure. During walks, I stay alert to surroundings and make safety my main focus. I also provide updates and photos so owners can feel confident knowing their pet is happy and well cared for.

About: I grew up in Michigan always being around animals of all kinds. I was a part of 4-H for 12 years and have owned and taken care of horses since I was practically 5 years old competing in various equine competitions. My family always had indoor-outdoor cats that I loved dearly and my grandma owned a farm that I helped run. I have dog sat for several neighbors throughout my life since I was never fortunate enough to have one of my own. Luckily now I am an aunt to my brother's dog Odin who I have cared for. Today I reside in Florida with my furry friend Kaiah who is a beautiful long-haired cat that is very outgoing and spoiled. She loves car rides and goes everywhere with me. She even has a special bowl for her favorite treats. The reason why I made a rover is because I know what it is like to worry about the care of my pets while I am away! It breaks my heart that I could not bring my horse with me to Florida however I know my mom loves him and that he is getting the attention he needs. I want to be a motherly figure in your pet's life and provide comfort and quality time while also making sure they have been cleaned up after. Dogs, Cats, and Horses are my specialty. I enjoy fitness and spending time outdoors so if you are looking for someone to stop by and walk your dog, or play with your cat or exercise, brush and feed your horse please do not hesitate to contact me. I currently have a relaxed full time job where I can work from the comfort of my home, in my office, or anywhere with WIFI. I travel occasionally for work but am flexible if booked in advance. I think cleanliness is important! no one wants to come home to a stinky litter box and or a pile of poop. I think its important to make sure that dogs are being walked until they have went to the bathroom and that litter boxes are being cleaned out daily. Secondly, I think its important to make sure water is fresh and food is provided on a schedule or in my case the cat food bowl is always full (I let my cat eat whenever she is hungry and she is very healthy). Lastly and most importantly no matter what animal it is they need play time and attention weather it be a walk or a playing fetch at the park or playing with your cats favorite wand toy. Being surrounded by animals has really sparked a passion in me and even led me into my career. I used to work full time as a veterinary technician, so you know your fur babies are in good hands with me! I can’t wait to meet your adorable pets! I am currently a stay at home mom with my almost 2 year old daughter so I will have plenty of time to give your fur baby all the love and attention they deserve! I have a fully fenced yard so you never have to worry about them getting loose. I have 3 cats of my own who are all very friendly and do well with other cats and dogs, however accommodations can always be made and my cats can be confined to a certain area of the house.

About: Been taking care of animals since I was a kid. I’ve had cats and digs growing up my entire life! I love to be active and walk and have free time and would love to be around animals I am Flexible all week and weekend when in town. I do travel often. About: I have always had a dog in my life since I was born but my caretaking journey started when a little corgi entered into my world. She was an escape artist, food fiend, she couldn’t be left for too long and she battled anxiety her whole life, but she brought me the most joy. She taught me attentiveness, and limitless love. She recently crossed the rainbow bridge so I have been missing the presence of my fury friend but am excited to hang out with doggies again!!! Skills include: puppy care, senior care, special needs. This summer I will be in a production at the Asolo Repertory Theatre but before that I am looking to spend as much time with pups as I can. During the school year, I am a grad student and my weekends are usually free. I have class 9-5:30pm tue-fri. Mondays are always free. About: Richmond native welcoming fur babies of all shapes & sizes from Chihuahua to Pyrenees! I prefer drop in visits for large dogs and cats and if they like car rides we can go to many dog friendly places! I like to board one pet at a time, or two if they live together for safety reasons. Excited to accommodate the needs of your fur babies while you are away! Able to follow all medical guidelines received from pet owners, if any. Certified in pet First Aid/CPR. I have experience giving medications to dogs and cats. Keeping your fur babies hydrated and comfortable while you are away is number one on my list! Crates (fur baby beds) are required for high energy pets. We will go on walks 2-4 times a day. 🐕‍🦺🚶‍♀️
