I've always loved animals and find it fun to be able to meet different kinds of fur babies. I've worked for a pet sitting company in the past and loved being able to put owners at ease that their pets are taken care of while away on vacation or at work. Friends and family have always counted on me to take care of their pets when they need to be let out or go for a walk as well. I love all types and sizes - including really big doggos. I would be honored to be trusted to cuddle with your dachshund or play fetch with your horse of a great dane. Rottie loves butt scratches? I'm on it. Cats like to hide? It's okay, I'll still try to play. Puppy biting my ankle? It's fine - we'll play fetch! I had a German Shepherd and trained him myself to be the best boy he can be, so I'm happy to keep up with any training and make sure they keep their good manners. If interested, I can also take your pup on adventures to a coffee shop or a walk in a park. I will NOT go to dog parks. If we are out and about, I will try my best to NOT let other dogs around your pup and am very picky. I will decide in the moment what is the best, safest option for everyone. Lastly, here's what to expect during my visits: Drop ins: A 30 min or 60 min visit. If you have a yard, I'll let them out, play fetch or just cuddle. If they need a little more activity or you don't have a fence, we will go on a 10-15 min walk (20-30 for 60 min visits). The rest of our time is spent playing, cuddling, feeding, and giving medications, if any. I'm also checking around the home, bringing packages in, watering plants, etc. Dog Walking: a 30 min walk, 40ish min visit or 60 min walk, 70ish min visit: Main difference is I'm focused on getting the most activity with your dog(s) for the full service time. I'll usually come in and give pets, then check around the home, bring packages, water plants, etc. We'll grab our leash and head for our full time walk or sniffari, and then get back home to fill water bowls. If they prefer playing fetch, we can play fetch for half the time and walk for the other half. Up to you! House sitting: This service includes me sleeping at your residence plus potty breaks during the day for dogs. Every animal and home schedule is different, so please don’t be shy to reach out! I’d love to have a chat on your specific needs to be sure I give your pets the best care. My requirements for house sitting: My own bedroom, AC and Wi-Fi, as well as permission for my husband stay with me for safety purposes. He would mainly only sleep there as he works during the day and needs to care for our dog at home as well. If this is an issue, I completely understand, but at this time I don’t feel comfortable otherwise. —- Every pet is different and has their own special needs and likes, and my only goal is to make sure they get the best care possible as if you never even left. <3
