“Megan is everything that you look for in a Sitter, but never find. Megan and my Bichon bonded immediately. Lexi doesn't roll over for a belly rub until she is really comfortable with someone, and that usually takes being around that person a number of times, but she rolled over and wanted a belly rub the first time Megan was here to watch her. Megan remembered everything that we had gone over at the Meet & Greet. She was on time for the Sitting. It's normally hard to leave your dog with someone new, but I was 100% comfortable leaving Lexi with Megan, as I saw how they adored each other. Megan sent some really cute pictures of Lexi, which I really enjoyed seeing. I had complete trust in Megan, which is a great feeling, as it usually takes a little bit of time to build this level of trust. One of our dogs has anxiety and is very skittish around new people, but she warmed up to Chelsea right away. Our other dog has epilepsy, and Chelsea did a wonderful job making sure he received his medication twice a day, right on schedule. Throughout our trip, Chelsea sent lots of pictures and updates, which gave us great peace of mind knowing our pups were happy, safe, and well cared for. She even took care of our fish! Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
