My husband and I are the loving owners of a 5 year St Bernard, 5 year old Anatolian shepherd, beautiful bird that is a green cheek conure. “We had a fantastic experience with Sara (AKA Rosie) while we were away for five days in South Carolina. She was incredibly reliable, completing every single scheduled drop-in (3 times per day) without missing a beat. What truly sets her apart is how much quality time she spends with the dogs—not just letting them out quickly, but actually sitting with them, playing, and giving them space to run and explore in our large yard. Our doorbell would notify us when she showed up at the house and she was always out in the yard with the dogs while they explored. She followed all care instructions, including administering their daily joint supplements, and kept me constantly updated with detailed reports and at least 10 photos per visit—which meant I was getting about 30 pictures a day of my dogs being happy, active, and well cared for. That level of visibility gave me so much peace of mind. She was also incredibly proactive: when one of my dogs ran off to a less visible part of the yard, she immediately notified me and took steps to make sure he was safe (he was probably sniffing groundhog holes and choosing not to listen because he loves the yard). I also appreciated her sharing a funny moment when my dogs calmly sniffed a wild bunny—they weren’t aggressive, just curious, and it was comforting to know she filled me in on notable happenings while I was away. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust her with our pets again—she’s professional, dependable, communicative, and clearly has a real love for animals. Highly recommend!”

I have had multiple dog and cat companions over the years. I have a background in biology and medicine. Experience with large, small, young, and old. Multiple pet house holds are welcome. I'm a weightlifter and Strongwoman competitor so large, strong dogs are not an issue. I work full time in a hospital on a rotating schedule (afternoons and midnights). Please keep that in mind if your pets can’t be left alone for 8-10 hours. Message me and we'll see what works with our schedules. Safety is of the utmost importance in your home. We'll always be leashed up on walks. If you have a fenced in yard I will keep a watchful eye over your companion.
About: I am a work from home registered nurse! I have grown up with dogs my whole life. I have a corgi named Bentley who loves to play or cuddle on the couch. Please let me know any kind of toys or games your dog may like. I have a lot of flexibility on times for walks or in home stays! Occasional walks at Peters Lake or around the neighborhood. Nice deck for pups to hangout with a doggy gate for safety as well as side yard. My corgi snuggles with me when sleeping or in his bed in my room. I feed him twice a day AM/PM. We usually play fetch on off days in the morning and evening and get a walk in!

“This was a great experience for our dog Lily, and therefore for us as well. This was our first time leaving our 3 year old golden, so we were a little apprehensive until we met Ashley and her 2 great dogs. We were gone for over a week and we never worried about our dog; we knew she was a good hands and getting lots of attention and great care. Ashley sent us pictures, videos, and updates. This was the first time Lily really had extended play with other dogs plus Ashley's kids; it was clear our dog was happy, safe, and probably didn't want to leave :-) Couldn't have asked for better care or a better experience.
