About: I’ve been around animals my whole life but my first job years ago in high school was at a veterinary hospital/ boarding. Because I was still in high school I was mainly in the kennels taking care of all the wonderful fur babies while their parents were out of town. Also, after informing the doctors that I was aspiring to become a vet, they allowed me to put on some scrubs and help out occasionally. I quickly realized that I was going to find a different way to care for animals 😂 Since then I have raised my own dogs and cared for animals of friends and family and have worked a few jobs at doggie daycares. I am an early riser because of my job so if your fur baby is too, they will fit right in! I work construction so I will be out for a portion of the day, but my wife works from home so her and our two pups will always be there to keep your baby company and make them feel right at home! At my house, no where is off limits for a furry friend. We can do anything to accommodate your fur babies to make sure they’re comfortable with their stay and you can have peace of mind that they will be happy and safe while you are away!

About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. My experience in pet care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends over the years. I work a flexible part-time remote schedule which will allow me to be able to care for your pets as much as needed throughout the day. “Sue was absolutely amazing! She took care of our two antisocial cats for a few days while we were out of town for Thanksgiving. Sue fed our fat boy some fresh tuna every day, refilled water, left out treats for our cats and more. She tried playing with them but they don’t really like new people so we are not surprised at all that they didn’t interact as much as we wish they did. The best thing about Sue is she is trustworthy, respectful and truly cares about animals. She came every day to make sure our cats were okay. Sue also asked for our preferred vet in case of an emergency which luckily did not need to be used. Overall we are grateful to have found Sue and so happy with her services. About: I've own cats since I was 4 years old. I love every single cat I see and stop to pet them all (so long as they allow it). My own cats are both treated like kings. My older ginger boy also has asthma so he gets an inhaler twice a day.
“We had a fantastic experience with Sara (AKA Rosie) while we were away for five days in South Carolina. She was incredibly reliable, completing every single scheduled drop-in (3 times per day) without missing a beat. What truly sets her apart is how much quality time she spends with the dogs—not just letting them out quickly, but actually sitting with them, playing, and giving them space to run and explore in our large yard. Our doorbell would notify us when she showed up at the house and she was always out in the yard with the dogs while they explored. She followed all care instructions, including administering their daily joint supplements, and kept me constantly updated with detailed reports and at least 10 photos per visit—which meant I was getting about 30 pictures a day of my dogs being happy, active, and well cared for. That level of visibility gave me so much peace of mind. She was also incredibly proactive: when one of my dogs ran off to a less visible part of the yard, she immediately notified me and took steps to make sure he was safe (he was probably sniffing groundhog holes and choosing not to listen because he loves the yard). I also appreciated her sharing a funny moment when my dogs calmly sniffed a wild bunny—they weren’t aggressive, just curious, and it was comforting to know she filled me in on notable happenings while I was away. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust her with our pets again—she’s professional, dependable, communicative, and clearly has a real love for animals. Highly recommend!”

Before going fully independent, I spent years managing a busy dog kennel where I worked with everything from puppies to seniors, shy rescues, anxious dogs, reactive dogs, strong pullers, medical cases, and large playgroups. That experience taught me how important patience, structure, safety, and understanding body language truly are. One of the things I’m most proud of is my ability to build trust with dogs that need a little extra patience or understanding. About: I have taken care of dogs and cats when younger and a bit recently. Friends and neighbors have used me to check in on their pets and taken care of them. I have had cats for 12 years and currently have two 3 year old cats! Currently open for any/all bookings and have plenty of time for caring and loving for your pets. I am not very busy so even if you need last minute bookings I will most likely be available to care for your pet. Will be very patient with your animal and make sure that they are as comfortable as they can be. Should not have issues with watching or walking your pet and am open to any lengths of walks. Will be willing to do long walks if that’s what your animal loves!

I have worked at several different jobs where I gained pet care experience, such as doggy daycare/boarding facilities and pet stores. I currently work as an emergency vet nurse as Veg ER for Pets. I hold a current veterinary technician license and am RECOVER CPR certified in cats & dogs. I have been petsitting for friends and family for years and have watched large breed dogs, such as Cane Corsos, Akitas, and Great Danes. I own 3 Pitties, 1 Boston Terrier, and 3 cats. I have raised bottle-fed kittens/puppies. I can administer oral, ophthalmic, aural, topical, & injectable medications to a variety of animals. I can care for farm animals as well! Whether your pet is young, old, or has special needs, they will be well cared for while you're away. Rest assured, I will treat your fur babies as if they are my own! P.S. my rates are higher than I normally charge to cover the 20% deduction Rover takes from each booking. Tips are appreciated but not required :) I am currently taking an in-person class 2 days a week on Monday and Wednesday. If care is needed while I attend class, my mom (also a Rover sitter, Danyel Marinski) can provide care for your babies as well! I care for client's pets exactly as their instructions tell me too. My own dogs love to cuddle with me and watch tv in between playing with all of their toys! They're super high energy so they're taken on multiple daily walks.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life but my first job years ago in high school was at a veterinary hospital/ boarding. Because I was still in high school I was mainly in the kennels taking care of all the wonderful fur babies while their parents were out of town. Also, after informing the doctors that I was aspiring to become a vet, they allowed me to put on some scrubs and help out occasionally. I quickly realized that I was going to find a different way to care for animals 😂 Since then I have raised my own dogs and cared for animals of friends and family and have worked a few jobs at doggie daycares. I am an early riser because of my job so if your fur baby is too, they will fit right in! I work construction so I will be out for a portion of the day, but my wife works from home so her and our two pups will always be there to keep your baby company and make them feel right at home! At my house, no where is off limits for a furry friend. We can do anything to accommodate your fur babies to make sure they’re comfortable with their stay and you can have peace of mind that they will be happy and safe while you are away!

“We can't speak highly enough of our dogs' experience with Michelle and Luke's family. We booked our two dachshunds with their family for a week vacation. Our dogs had very little experience around young children and we had concerns this may be a challenge. We initially met with Michelle online and she was kind enough to explain her home and property layout, discuss any questions we had. During drop off, we met with Michelle and spent some time getting to know her and the property, which are both well suited to ensuring her doggie guests are comfortable and well taken care of. Our dogs were obviously excited and carrying on during drop off, barking at anything that moved. Michelle assured us everything would be ok and explained how her and the family would work with our dogs over the next several days. During vacation, we had great daily interaction and Michelle provided photos and feedback of how our dogs were progressing and interacting with the children. This daily interaction made a huge impact on how our vacation went, none of the typical worry about the dogs being ok. By the time we returned from vacation to pick up our dogs, they were relaxed, calm and very happy around the children. We let Michelle know she is now known as the "Dog Whisperer" :). Typically, upon return home, our dogs are very stressed out from boarding and take a few days to get back into routine. This time was completely different - both dogs came home relaxed, happy and calm. The girls even made a special card for both dogs which is super cute. Can't thank Michelle and her family enough for a wonderful experience, our dogs can't wait to go back and spend time again. Highly recommend!”
