About: All my life I’ve been obsessed with dogs 🐶 When I was finishing up nursing school, I needed to find some part time work to help make ends meet. I found a job as a kennel technician at a commercial dog boarding facility - where I mostly cleaned up to 36 dogs daily messes and gave them social enrichment. I quickly jumped up the short ladder of management and took over as CEO right around my first year mark of employment. I have cared for hundreds, possibly a thousand plus dogs in the last half of my entire lifetime. I’ve worked hard to help dogs and owners alike understand eachother better - communication often needs no words. I specialize in “project pups”, socialization and reactivity. I’ve taken care of newborn puppies to teenage obedience school dropouts - through the medically fragile & elderly pooches on palliative care & absolutely everything in between. I’ve worked in a rescue as an adoption coordinator and had the extreme pleasure of helping people and pooches find their forever spaces together. Along with rescuing over a dozen dogs of my own over the years & nursing several back to health from horrific conditions. Dogs are my passion - simple as that. Nothing makes me happier than helping a dog & owner relationship thrive. I am a stay at home mom, my boys are 2 & 3 years old. They’ve been raised around dogs & already have learned a healthy respect for their space. I am hyper vigilant & always err on the extreme side of caution for everyone’s safety - especially when it comes to those tricky resources. Other than weekly appointments on Mondays - we have a very flexible and open schedule. Our yard is fully fenced with 6 foot - reinforced wood fencing. Gates are double locked to keep toddlers from opening them - dogs too. I have a 10 year old spayed female border collie that I picked from her litter at 3 weeks old. She’s my right hand gal and socially bulletproof when it comes to hanging out with her furry friends. I often used her as the “Ice Breaker” dog when I ran the boarding facility - meaning she did all the temperament testing for any newly boarded dogs we were socially unsure about. We have multiple baby gates, and crate option for separation of space. A dog door built into our back door leading into our fully fenced, toddlerized but maintained, grassy residential yard on a quarter acre. We live in a very quiet tiny town on an even quieter little street, perfect for safely regulated walks and training opportunities.

About: I’ve been an animal lover my whole life from the scales to the fur. I’m an elementary school teacher and watching pets on the side helps me do both the things I love. I’m off for the summer so I have allthe time to devote to the animals. We’re either chilling at home or off having fun at the lake or trails. I have a large fenced yard in Roseville. All dog friendly plants and terrain. We have a bedroom that’s just for our dogs with their bed and toys but they have the run of the house.

About: I have a high drive working German Shepherds, and husky. I have always been full of energy and taking care of crackhead dogs give me a lot of patience, so puppies and active dogs are my favorite and specialty! And I've been bitten and scratched enough times, it almost tickles... Almost During hot months my dogs are given all attention in the evening/at night and during cold months my dogs are given all attention in the afternoon so there is a period of time where I can help take care of yours outside of pet care and work! I will make sure to follow strict instructions and be very attentive and watchful of your pup! My own dogs schedule consist of playing, walking, training, cuddling, feeding and potty every 4-6 hours! About: I’ve been around animals my whole life, growing up with both cats and dogs of all personalities, from easygoing labs to high energy, sometimes anxious heelers. That taught me early on how to read animal behavior, stay patient, and build trust with pets at their own pace! In college, I started out studying pre vet before following my passion into wildlife biology, and I’ll be starting grad school this fall studying ecology and evolution with a focus on wildlife. I also spent a summer working with a nonprofit dog rescue in Houston, Texas, helping save dogs from the streets and from kill shelters. It was hands on and sometimes challenging, but really rewarding. I helped with medications, cared for dogs with all kinds of temperaments, and made sure each one felt safe and cared for. I truly believe every animal is special and deserves patience, understanding, and a little extra love. I’ve always found it easy to connect with animals, and I love seeing even shy or anxious pets start to relax and show their personality. Right now I’m saving up for grad school, and honestly I can’t think of a better way to spend my time than being around animals. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping your pet company, I’ll treat them like my own! I currently have Wednesday's and Thursday's off. I am free all day to take your pups on a mid day walk or keep them company while you are out of town! The rest of my week I work from 9:00-6:00 so my availability is more limited. I live on acreage in the Veneta area. Our property is mostly fenced and includes an orchard, a creek, and plenty of space for play and adventure! I have one pup of my own who absolutely loves other dogs. He’s a medium-sized herding dog who would be thrilled to show a new friend around the property. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always strive to be a respectful and gracious guest. I’m a very tidy, thoughtful person and take great care to leave your home exactly as you left it, if not better! I believe it’s incredibly valuable for animals to remain in an environment where they feel safe and comfortable. As an adult I spent 2 years in management with Petco where I was intimately involved in all the areas of animal care including administering medication and dog bathing. Your pet will also enjoy the smells of farm animals that stay on the property, including sheep and horses. You can trust that your pet will have all of their needs met no matter how much or how little adventure they can handle while staying with us. Dedicated areas can be blocked or fenced of to accommodate all of your pets needs depending on their level of socialization. Private one on one time including bathing and walks can be arranged or play with friendly neighbor dogs who frequent the property can be arranged as well if that is something your pet would benefit from. We maintain a clean and calm environment inside of our home with a warm wood stove they can lay by and large windows they can watch the various wildlife from; again providing as much or as little socialization as they need. If I will be visiting your home for walks or overnight sitting I would spend some time observing their behaviors and understanding their areas and what they like. In any situation your pet will recieve all of the love and belly rubs they want and need. We can't wait to meet you!

About: Since childhood I have been caretakers to dogs, cats, hamsters and even fish. I even saved my parents cats life using a cpr technique used on infants. I have been a door dash driver for years as it easily fits into my lifestyle, recently adding grub hub and instacart to my resume. This will fit perfectly into my schedule. About: I’ve looked after my Golden retriever, Sarah, for years till she died and then we got a Shih-Tzu and a chihuahua mix, Remy and Layla. So I can take care of any dog big or small I’m currently a DoorDasher and so anytime 8-5 during the work week will work. My weekends alternate so make an appointment a week in advance please! Thank you! I love being with dogs and so as long as I’m with your dog I will ensure they have enough food/water, play and bathroom time. I also perform Reiki, a form of energy healing on pets.

About: I have had my own animal since I was 8 years old and recently have gotten a new fur baby to add to the family. I am working full time but with my hours I am always home in between to let them go outside to potty and to walk then and to add some playing time. I always go outside with them even in a closed yard just to get fresh air and run around and play ball, really enjoy being active and dogs or any animals love being active.

About: Hello! Thanks for taking a look at my profile. I joined up with Rover after having used the service several times in the past to find people to help me watch my animals at one time or another. I had great experiences and hope to be able to help some others out there with their pet needs. I am currently available to do stop ins, walks, and possibly overnights. Boarding may be available in the future I have always had dogs in my life, and currently have 1 senior female blue nose, and 8wk old blue nose pup, and a 5yr old pointer mix. Whatever kind of dog/s you may have, I likely have experience providing care for it. I have raised a litter of puppies to 10 weeks and have experience giving shots, as well as caring for senior dogs past 15yrs of age when they may need medications or help getting outside. My experience with cats is much more limited, but I am comfortable around them and not allergic. I also have experience with most common farm animals including- Goats- I own 2 Nigerian dwarf whethers Poultry- I maintain a small flock of free range chickens with roosters and turkeys with toms Cattle- Limited, but comfortable Plants- Extensive indoor and outdoor gardening experience, able to keep your plants alive without any worry If I can be of service to you or your animal, please let me know.
