About: All my life I’ve been obsessed with dogs 🐶 When I was finishing up nursing school, I needed to find some part time work to help make ends meet. I found a job as a kennel technician at a commercial dog boarding facility - where I mostly cleaned up to 36 dogs daily messes and gave them social enrichment. I quickly jumped up the short ladder of management and took over as CEO right around my first year mark of employment. I have cared for hundreds, possibly a thousand plus dogs in the last half of my entire lifetime. I’ve worked hard to help dogs and owners alike understand eachother better - communication often needs no words. I specialize in “project pups”, socialization and reactivity. I’ve taken care of newborn puppies to teenage obedience school dropouts - through the medically fragile & elderly pooches on palliative care & absolutely everything in between. I’ve worked in a rescue as an adoption coordinator and had the extreme pleasure of helping people and pooches find their forever spaces together. Along with rescuing over a dozen dogs of my own over the years & nursing several back to health from horrific conditions. Dogs are my passion - simple as that. Nothing makes me happier than helping a dog & owner relationship thrive. I am a stay at home mom, my boys are 2 & 3 years old. They’ve been raised around dogs & already have learned a healthy respect for their space. I am hyper vigilant & always err on the extreme side of caution for everyone’s safety - especially when it comes to those tricky resources. Other than weekly appointments on Mondays - we have a very flexible and open schedule. Our yard is fully fenced with 6 foot - reinforced wood fencing. Gates are double locked to keep toddlers from opening them - dogs too. I have a 10 year old spayed female border collie that I picked from her litter at 3 weeks old. She’s my right hand gal and socially bulletproof when it comes to hanging out with her furry friends. I often used her as the “Ice Breaker” dog when I ran the boarding facility - meaning she did all the temperament testing for any newly boarded dogs we were socially unsure about. We have multiple baby gates, and crate option for separation of space. A dog door built into our back door leading into our fully fenced, toddlerized but maintained, grassy residential yard on a quarter acre. We live in a very quiet tiny town on an even quieter little street, perfect for safely regulated walks and training opportunities.
About: Animals have always been a passion of mine. I am highly knowledgeable about dog care, behavior, and overall well-being. I have experience helping whelp puppies and have cared for and trained dogs throughout every stage of life, from puppies to seniors. I currently have a senior dog myself, giving me firsthand experience with the special attention older pets need. In addition to dogs, I have farm experience caring for horses, pigs, chickens, and other animals. I treat every pet with patience, compassion, and the same love and attention I give my own animals. Let’s plan a day for me to come do a meet and greet :) I currently work full time, but I am transitioning to part-time in the near future to dedicate even more time to pet care. Until then, I am available on weekends and am committed to providing dependable, attentive care to every pet I look after. As my schedule becomes more flexible, I look forward to expanding my availability and spending even more time doing what I love most—caring for animals. Pet care is a true passion of mine, and I am dedicated to making sure each pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for! Your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being are my top priorities. I strive to provide a calm, loving, and stress-free environment, caring for pets in the comfort of their own home. About: I have a high drive working German Shepherds, and husky. I have always been full of energy and taking care of crackhead dogs give me a lot of patience, so puppies and active dogs are my favorite and specialty! And I've been bitten and scratched enough times, it almost tickles... Almost During hot months my dogs are given all attention in the evening/at night and during cold months my dogs are given all attention in the afternoon so there is a period of time where I can help take care of yours outside of pet care and work! I will make sure to follow strict instructions and be very attentive and watchful of your pup! My own dogs schedule consist of playing, walking, training, cuddling, feeding and potty every 4-6 hours! And I would love to treat your pet with the same amount of needs whenever you feel you can't! No dog left behind!

I always want your pet to feel warm and welcome. I believe walking is the best medicine, so I’m game to go out no matter the weather. I don’t feed people food to them but am happy to give appropriate treats and lots of praise. I have been taking care dogs for 15 years. Dogs are considered my family bond

About: Animal care has been a part of my whole life. I've always had a pet, whether they were cats or dogs. No matter the size, age, or breed of the pet, I understand to respect their boundaries and be mindful of their safety. Spoiling and playing with pets is the easiest task on the planet. I'm a part-time college instructor. My hours are extremely flexible, so I can happily take a break from grading to pop in for a pet. I first and foremost will defer to the owner's instructions and requests. For pop in care, I will check basic needs first: food/water/litter box/potty breaks. Then comes socializing or any other request from the owner. Weather permitting, I like to take dogs out for fetch, chase, tug-a-war, or casual walks. What we do is sometimes determined by the breed of dog. For cats, I understand that play is up to them. I'm happy to engage in any way they prefer. My own cat is a fiend for a string.
About: I had a sweet little cat for 15 years starting in childhood and she was my hearts home. I have limited experience with caring for dogs on a day to day basis but have walked and played with friends and family’s dogs and would love the privilege of walking new furry friends. I work close to full time during the week but have ample time for walks and quality time with your furry loves on the weekends. I must come to you and your dog because someone in my household does not like dogs but I will follow your instructions to the letter and make sure your doggo has a great time with me.
About: I work as a veterinary technician and have 10+ years of pet sitting under my belt. I also have a private mobile nail trimming business that I run part time on the side, I have a pretty large client base with many references from that. I am comfortable working with pets of all shapes and sizes, and don’t have a problem working with pets that may have behavioral concerns. I can administer medications and even care for pets with serious medical needs. I am currently working full time at a veterinary hospital but I have 3 days off per week for all day service and can make home stops in the AM before work and PM after work. Unfortunately at this time I do not offer services in my own home - I have two dogs and two cats of my own, and one of my dogs is elderly and extremely grouchy so bringing in outside pets is not an option for our household. I am no longer offering overnights unless it’s a single overnight. My typical client hires me to stop in 2-3 times daily to feed, walk, medicate, and play with their pets! I also offer dog walking services and mobile nail trimming/basic grooming!
About: Hi! I’m Jaedyn, a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for all kinds of pets. Growing up, my family fostered over 10 dogs over the years, which gave me experience with different breeds, temperaments, and care needs from an early age. I’ve also cared for cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, frogs, and other small animals throughout my life. One of my biggest passions was raising, breeding, and showing rabbits through 4-H, where I learned the importance of consistent care, attention to health, and understanding animal behavior. I currently volunteer part-time in a psychology research lab, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to your pets. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply sticking to their normal routine, I’m committed to making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while you’re away. I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. My schedule is very flexible. I currently volunteer part-time in a psychology research lab, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to pet care throughout the week. Because I have a flexible routine, I’m able to accommodate walks, drop-in visits, feeding schedules, playtime, medication administration, and plenty of companionship. I aim to provide pets with consistency and attention so they can stay comfortable and happy while their owners are away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and any special instructions before care begins. Whether that’s feeding schedules, medications, exercise needs, or behavioral quirks, I believe clear communication helps create the best experience for everyone. I understand how important trust is when someone is caring for a beloved pet. I provide regular updates, photos, and messages so you can feel confident that your pet is happy and well cared for while you’re away. Having cared for animals my entire life—from foster dogs to rabbits, cats, and small pets—I’m comfortable adapting to a wide variety of temperaments and care needs. My goal is to create a calm, safe, and positive environment where your pet can feel secure and loved.
About: I’ve been around animals my whole life, growing up with both cats and dogs of all personalities, from easygoing labs to high energy, sometimes anxious heelers. That taught me early on how to read animal behavior, stay patient, and build trust with pets at their own pace! In college, I started out studying pre vet before following my passion into wildlife biology, and I’ll be starting grad school this fall studying ecology and evolution with a focus on wildlife. I also spent a summer working with a nonprofit dog rescue in Houston, Texas, helping save dogs from the streets and from kill shelters. It was hands on and sometimes challenging, but really rewarding. I helped with medications, cared for dogs with all kinds of temperaments, and made sure each one felt safe and cared for. I truly believe every animal is special and deserves patience, understanding, and a little extra love. I’ve always found it easy to connect with animals, and I love seeing even shy or anxious pets start to relax and show their personality. Right now I’m saving up for grad school, and honestly I can’t think of a better way to spend my time than being around animals. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping your pet company, I’ll treat them like my own! I currently have Wednesday's and Thursday's off. I am free all day to take your pups on a mid day walk or keep them company while you are out of town! The rest of my week I work from 9:00-6:00 so my availability is more limited. I live on acreage in the Veneta area. Our property is mostly fenced and includes an orchard, a creek, and plenty of space for play and adventure! I have one pup of my own who absolutely loves other dogs. He’s a medium-sized herding dog who would be thrilled to show a new friend around the property. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always strive to be a respectful and gracious guest. I’m a very tidy, thoughtful person and take great care to leave your home exactly as you left it, if not better! I believe it’s incredibly valuable for animals to remain in an environment where they feel safe and comfortable. I have a lot of experience with anxious animals and believe that a calm, warm demeanor, along with a consistent routine, is key to making sure your pet feels happy, secure, and well cared for.
About: I have taken care of dogs of various sizes and breads since I was five years old. My neighbors and friends trust me to take impeccable care for their pets. I am currently in college and I work part-time three days a week. Although, I have quite a bit of free time and in that time I usually like to workout or try new things. Occasionally my family and I go to bend on the weekends. I do not have a fenced yard but I do have a property that Is not heavily populated by cars on the road. I also have three varying sized crates as well as two dogs. My dogs are let out every 1-2 hours. One of my dogs is crated when I am not home and my other dog does not have to be crated. In my clients home, I will care for their pets like my client would normally and I will ensure that their home is left clean.
About: Hello! My name is Felix, I'm nonbinary, my pronouns are they/them, and I've lived and worked with animals for over a decade! Before entering the working world, my experience came from my own pets. I'm often asked by family, friends, and neighbors to take care of their pets while they're gone. Sometimes even just if they need assistance giving their pup a bath! My experience lies mostly with cats and dogs, but I'm also familiar with reptiles and comfortable with smaller mammals. I've worked in professional petcare with multiple species of animals and as a sitter specifically for about 4 years now. My schedule is currently open! Which means I'm able to dedicate my time to your furbabies! I'm open to staying in your home for the entire time you'll be gone, or I can just pop in for potty breaks and meals. I'm a fast learner and take detailed notes to make sure I won't forget anything! To keep your pets happy, healthy, and safe, not only do I follow instructions to the letter, I pay close attention to your pet to learn their behavior. What makes them happy? What are their boundaries? Every pet is unique. They all have different experiences and personalities. Respect for that fact is the most important part of meeting new animals. I will strive to not only make sure you're comfortable with me caring for your pets, but to ensure your pets are comfortable with me as well.
About: • Veterinary student • Fear Free • *pending BLS/ALS RECOVER CPR certification coming 05/16* • • Transparent, reliable, and attentive care backed by extensive clinical experience • I’m Jennifer, a 2nd yr veterinary student at Oregon State University with an interest in small animal medicine and feline-centered care. I have 10+ years of hands-on experience working with (primarily) dogs and cats in both shelter and clinical environments. I began volunteering at the Arizona Humane Society, where I provided daily care and enrichment for incoming and resident animals. I later worked as a veterinary assistant in a small animal general practice clinic for 4–5 years, gaining extensive experience with patient handling, client communication, and medical care in a fast-paced setting, while completing a bachelors in pre-veterinary medicine and a wildlife management certificate. To supplement my extensive academic training, I have pursued Fear Free Certification and Cat Friendly Veterinary Practitioner certification to better understand how to reduce fear, anxiety, and stress in animals in the shelter and clinic environment. I carry those principles into every visit, prioritizing calm, low-stress care tailored to each pet’s individual needs and personality. In addition, I am fully bonded and insured, and I maintain independent professional coverage beyond Rover platform protections. Currently, I am progressing on completing the BLS/ALS CPR certification through the RECOVER Initiative (the evidence-based standard used in veterinary medicine) and I will officially have that achievement met on May 16th! Additionally, I am continuing to expand my Fear Free certification in the coming weeks to include a higher tier of canine/feline care and a broader range of species in general. I am comfortable administering medications through a variety of routes and have experience caring for multiple species, including dogs, cats, and backyard poultry such as chickens and turkeys. While the majority of my experience is within the small animal realm, I have additional experience with a variety of species. Providing these services are an extension of my training and long-term career in veterinary medicine. I strive to provide thoughtful, consistent care so you can feel confident that your pet is in capable hands. One of my goals is to maintain your pet’s routine, while also monitoring for subtle changes in behavior or health while you’re away. I am currently transitioning into a full-time veterinary assistant role in a clinic in Eugene, OR, but I will do my best to accommodate any services in my time outside of the clinic. Thank you for sticking around to learn about me. I’d love to meet your fur kids! I am currently a 2nd year veterinary student that has needed to take a medical deferral for a year. I plan to return to OSU CCVM to finish my doctorate degree, during the Winter 2027 term. During the month of May '26, I expect to be transitioning into a veterinary clinic job in Eugene, OR. I will do my best to accommodate all requests in the meantime and I will be transparent about any scheduling conflicts. I am hoping to spend the next year focusing on my health, continuing my veterinary learning at a pace that suits my current needs, spending time with my cats and my partner, and exploring OR. I will reliably provide updates on the status of your pets and provide immediate reports if I notice anything abnormal or medically concerning during our visit. I am always available to be contacted if there are any concerns during the services or leading up to the services. In my time off from veterinary school, I plan to pursue BLS/ALS RECOVER CPR certification in Portland, OR in mid May. Fingers crossed that I am able to find a class with space but I will update my profile once I have official certification shortly! How cool to have a legit medical professional as a pet/house sitter while you're away! 😎 On top of being an approved Rover sitter/covered by the Rover guarantee, I have additional insurance coverage and am bonded through an external company to simply give myself and your family peace of mind while you're away!
