That’s even more notable considering our younger dog lost his sight a few weeks prior to the dates we used her, and she navigated that unexpected concern beautifully!”

My clinical rotations occur a few times a week and are scheduled well in advance, so I can easily communicate any days I’m unavailable. Weekends are usually open, and if I do have commitments, they’re known well in advance, making it easy to plan around pet care needs. About: I am an experienced pet care taker. I had a dog of my own for 7 years before she passed away of a heart condition. Before that my family had dogs and cats growing up. I also consistently foster animals through one of the organizations in town. I work from home and can be pretty flexible about my schedule. When I have a dog I'm usually taking them out over 2-4 hours based on age and need. While away depending on the dogs need I I have dog gates in my home, so they will be restricted to where they are in the house when i'm around and when i'm not around. My place is clean and is a decent size - it is an apartment.

About: I have had dogs my whole life, and worked professionally with pets at a doggy daycare for just under a year! I've helped raise all of my family's dogs (lab crosses and doodles) including crate training. I love dogs of all ages and am comfortable working with all sizes. I'm an RA and taking a full course load, class is done at 3, I'm available late Wednesday nights (after around 8:30) and after 4 Mondays and Fridays. Tuesdays after around 2 are a possibility, but I am busy with RA Duties Thursday nights and can't leave campus. all but one weekend this semester are available I will maintain as much of your normal routine in your house as I can. I totally understand and anticipate pets being at least a little wary of new people and will gladly set up time to meet and get comfortable as needed. I will bring my own food if I am staying in your house and keep it tidy. I will make work any walk/ play/ training routines, expectations, and goals you have to the best of my ability. Do know, however, I will spend a fairly large portion of my day on campus either attending class or working on Residence Life obligations. I will still be reachable and flexible to an extent and exact timing can be discussed on a case by case basis, but I won't be in your house 24/7 and if your dog isn't used to spending any time alone or in a crate, I may not be the best fit for you. I also have breaks throughout most of my days that will allow for quick potty/ play breaks but that would look more like 30-40 minutes here and there, more extensive time will be in the evenings/nights.

About: I have grown up with cats and dogs in the house since I was young. I currently have two cats, a dog, and a bearded dragon! I have experience raising animals of all kinds and all ages. From scooping litter, to teaching tricks, I have always loved animals and hope to be there for your pets every need! I am happily available at any time to help with your pet care needs! If any scheduling conflicts should occur, I will readily prioritize your animals care. I create a loving energy and environment for my animals. They are fed regular, and healthy diets to keep them smiling! I stay on top of grooming and cleaning to keep the home warm and comfortable. In the event that my animals are experiencing any sickness, like ear infection or upset tummy, I have no issue nurturing them to health through veterinarian approved medicines and treatments.
