Andrea treated Charlie like he was one of her own dogs, Cholo and Khloe, which gave me total peace of mind. She sent multiple photos throughout the day, including shots of Charlie snuggled up in a cozy blanket on the sofa and lounging in Daniel's lap while he watched football. It was obvious he felt safe, comfortable, and completely at home. You can just tell when people truly love dogs, and Andrea and her family absolutely do. Charlie was cared for with so much attention and affection, and we’re incredibly grateful. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to trust Andrea with Charlie again — highly, highly recommend.”

She took good care of my dog, and was able to handle her quirks and energy with seeming ease. When I picked up my dog, Bielka gave me a little summary of their time together and let me know how my dog did. She truly cared and loved her, and I so appreciated that. It's not always easy to find somebody who will provide that care and form a connection with your dog over a short period of time and it feels like Bielka did just that. My dog seemed totally at ease. I'm so grateful for Bielka and would 100% recommend her!”

“Kiana was truly amazing. I had a sudden family emergency that required me to go out of state. She went so far above and beyond during that time, while having no obligation to do so. From the beginning of the cats stay with Kiana, she had been so incredibly flexible, she agreed to watch them with only two days notice, and due to the situation evolving and becoming unpredictable, she was more than happy to allow me to extend their stay. She was the direct cause of so much stress relief due to knowing the cats were safe, and well taken care of. 5/5 human. As for her actual care of the kitties she again went well above and beyond anything anyone might think is going the extra mile. The cats were given the space needed to become comfortable and very quickly, and happily adapted to the new routine. I received frequent pictures and videos, she was very communicative, and because of her vigilance we were able to create a plan of action for one of the kitties who started throwing up more frequently than normal. She even went out and bought higher quality food for the cats, and implemented a structured feeing strategy so we could better assess the puking, which I doubt was an easy task since they both free fed before they were boarded. She kept me up to date at all times and provided regular, detailed updates. 5/5 for animal care as well. She is the best sitter/boarder I have ever had any experience with, by exponents, it’s not even close. Her service was head, and shoulders above anyone I’ve personally used before and far better than anything I’ve heard about other boarders. Choosing Kiana to care for your pets should be an insanely easy decision for anyone who wants their animals taken care of at the highest level of care, and wants someone that is just a straight up good human as well.”

“John and Susan were absolutely amazing. my dog Pearl has been with us for five years and we’ve never boarded her out and we’ve never brought her to a doggy daycare or anything like that. I knew I didn’t want to bring my dog to a place that keeps her crated or in a kennel type situation. John and Susan treated Perl the exact way we treat her 💤🛌 sleeping in our bed, sleeping or in our lap, loving us, kissing us, going for walks, cuddle time spoiling her with treats. I would highly recommend John and Susan and little Miss Emily. They were so great with communication to let me know how she was doing, taking pictures and that just helped ease our minds so much…”

About: Hi! I’m Mikaela, and I’ve had dogs since I was a baby. I’ve had two family dogs (one beagle and one pitbull mix), and currently have one lovable mutt, Zeva. We love spending our free time on walks around the city, in the mountains, and anywhere we can find a good stick for Zeva to carry around. I’m a teacher, but my schedule allows me to be flexible. I have a 30 minute commute, so having a schedule works best to plan! I have a private yard space that I share with one neighbor. Anytime my dog goes outside (on a lead, so everyone’s comfortable), I’m right there with her.

“I left Frida with Susan for a week while I was traveling, and I could tell right away Frida was going to be in great hands. Susan was very communicative and sent plenty of photos and updates. I’d definitely leave Frida with her again the next time I’m in the Concord area.”
