About: I have dog/cat experience as I was raised with them and currently have 2 dogs and 1 cat. I can care for those will medical needs. I had a diabetic dog for 14 years up until 3.5 years ago My daily life is pretty flexible. I work full time but have flexibility before and after work and weekends. I work 8 hours shifts . If u live near my work I can always check on your pets on my lunch break My hope is to keep pets routine similar as if there owner was not away. My hope is that owners would leave information about their pets , what they like and don’t like. Whatever instructions ar elect I will follow

About: Hi! I’m Jennifer, and I believe every pet deserves to feel safe, loved, and cared for while their family is away. Whether it’s a walk, a drop-in visit, or overnight care, I treat every pet like they’re part of my own family. I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, including giant breeds like English Mastiffs. I understand the unique needs of large dogs and am comfortable handling them with confidence, patience, and care. I also have experience providing compassionate care for senior dogs, including those who require a slower pace, extra attention, medication support, and plenty of comfort. I’m dependable, patient, and attentive to each pet’s individual personality and routine. I know how important consistency is, and I’m happy to follow feeding schedules, maintain established routines, administer basic medications if needed, and make sure your pet receives plenty of exercise, enrichment, and affection. My goal is to give you complete peace of mind, knowing your furry family member is in caring, capable hands. I can’t wait to meet you and your pets and provide them with the same love and attention I’d want for my own. My career is a hybrid position. I am rarely gone more than six hours at a time. If I know that I am going to have your furry, four legged baby, I can schedule accordingly so I can be home a little more. I have a very large yard. We live on 3 acres. Our fur babies passed in December and January, so we do not currently have any pets. I allow dogs on the furniture and in bed, but if that is not something that you do and you would like me not to do that I can respect that as well.

About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I've been lucky to parent dogs, cats, and horses, including two retired racing Greyhounds and a tuxedo cat who made me a certified cat person. Beyond my own, I've been caring for pets professionally (i.e., beyond friends and family) for more than 15 years, and after taking some time away while completing my PhD and living abroad, I'm excited to be back doing something I've always loved. In 2011, I started walking pups professionally in Chicago as a side gig during my breaks from tour managing for a band, which quickly turned into my dog-walking clients asking me to stay in their home with their pets while they were away. Over the span of just a few years, I built relationships with more than 30 clients, with most of them turning into repeat (and repeat and repeat!) clients. I've cared for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, from tiny Yorkies to Great Danes and everything in between. I've also worked with many pets that required extra patience or specialized care. I've cared for senior pets, dogs < 1yo, a blind Australian Cattle Dog, a deaf cat, highly anxious and stranger-wary dogs, VERY stranger-wary cats, a Beagle with a seizure disorder, and pets receiving medication. I've also been the go-to sitter for a couple of families going through difficult times with their critters, including caring for their pets with terminal illnesses during their final days (both a black lab named Maggie and the sweetest deaf black cat named Sam) . Over the years, I've handled a few very unexpected situations as well. Whether it's a medical event requiring an unexpected trip to the veterinarian or even arriving to a cat drop-in visit to find that the apartment had experienced a break-in (in my Chicago days, which included working with police and gathering the terrified cats from the apartment stairwell), I've stayed calm, communicated clearly, and focused on keeping the critters safe and the clients informed. There have also been several occasions where I've extended my stay last-minute due to a client's canceled flight or interrupted travel plans. One of the biggest differences between my prior pet sitting days and now is my flexibility due to my remote work. When I pet sat extensively throughout Chicago, my tour managing days had ended and I worked a full-time 9-5 downtown. This was fine for my clients, as they had a similar schedule. But I now work fully remotely, so I have a highly flexible schedule that allows me to spend much more time with your pets throughout the day than I could years ago. I essentially do my best to work around your pet's normal routine. I'm happy to accommodate early mornings, evenings, or midday visits whenever possible. My goal is to make life feel as normal and stress-free as possible for your pets while you're away. When I'm in your home, I treat it with the same respect I'd expect someone to show mine, as I've also hired pet sitters over the years for my own critters. I follow your instructions (the more the better!), keep you updated with photos (lots!) and messages, and make sure your pets receive the same routines, rules, and attention they're used to (e.g., their feeding schedules, medications, favorite walking routes, cuddle time, or simply keeping them company).

About: Hi! I’m Jeff I currently have 8yo black/white male Husky named Thorik and a 5yo red/white female Husky named Willow. Willow is actually my sisters dog and stays with her, but her and Thorik are together every day out at our family’s place. They are both well balanced dogs and will get along with anyone who decides to come for a visit. They will kiss you to death though so be prepared! I live on my family’s 180 acre old farm in the country just outside of the Otsego/Alamo area. I am out there every single day, especially in the Summer months, so that Thorik has a safe place to play and swim if he wants. Should you decide to book with me, and with your permission, your pets can enjoy unlimited fenced in yard time along with as much swimming as they’d like! I currently work for a Petcare provider here in Kalamazoo. My week consist of multiple visits for multiple clients a day, this does however allow me plenty of time throughout the day to return home and take care of anything I need to, your pets included! Out at the farm I do have a fenced in backyard away from the road that provides the dogs, a safe, secure place to play. Any time the dogs are not outside playing, or they are at my apartment in the evenings, they are inside the house with me free to do as they please.

About: Hi there! My Theo passed away last summer, so I’m using Rover as a way to get some time with pets again (as well as getting in steps). I can easily help throughout all hours of the workday and over the weekend! ❤️ thank u for trusting me and letting me get in some fur baby love❤️ I do also have experience with elderly dogs (seizures, blind, deaf, falling, comfort, etc), as well as raised my own Pom from when he was a puppy. I work from home so I can easily help throughout all hours of the day, over the weekend, or any evening! About: I've had dogs for as long as I can remember. My dad used to help help run a rescue for several years, and we had many dogs of varying breeds and ages in our home. I currently have one dog named Alvin who was born in 2022. He is a yellow lab with a lot of energy! I am venturing into the working world, and this is my only role. My availability is wide open and I'm willing to help when needed! I have a small fenced in area under our deck where my dog relieves himself. I go for walks and there is a dog park very close to the house. My dog has extreme crate anxiety, so he isn't created. I am comfortable helping to ensure your pet is created as necessary.

About: Since birth we have had a dog in the house, first a German Shepherd, then Chocolate Lab, and now a Rottweiler mix. My sister has two rowdy Shepherds of her own that I frequently take care of. Together, my mom and I take care of six sweet girl cats and our Rotty mix. I was a manager of a pet store for a short time and gained vast knowledge on pet care, health, and nutrition. Currently working a part time job but will make time for you and your pets every need! Wednesdays are the only days not open due to a family commitment. I know how hard it can be to trust a stranger with your loved one and I hope I can provide some ease of mind knowing that I will treat yours as my own wholly. I am very flexible and open-minded, especially when it comes to anxious pets.
