About: I’ve taken care of animals for most of my life. I am certified in animal enrichment. I am a zookeeper. I have volunteered at animal shelters. Animals are a safe place for me, so I find ways to make it what I do the majority of the time. I do it for a living. Mental stimulation and physical activity are very important to me. I do have a fenced in yard, but just running isn’t enough for any animal, so I make sure they are getting the mental stimulation they require.

Dogs fulfill my life, and I feel we can learn so much from their unconditional, giving love. I've never been without a dog! My husband, four children (ages 11-18), and I work together to ensure your pet’s happiness & comfort. I am very experienced in caring for dogs of all breeds and sizes. I'm most experienced with the Shih Tzu, Labrador & Golden Retriever breeds, but I love dogs of all shapes and sizes. Our house is clean and full of warmth and love. My Shih Tzu, Penny, is 8 years old and doesn't know a stranger. Your dog will be doted on, played with, fed according to your instruction, and given tons of attention. We have many repeat clients and “regulars.” We’d love to be your pets’ new home away from home! From the minute your pet arrives, we act in a way that ensures your pet gets the sense he/she is just another member of the family. Lots of special attention at first to make sure he settles in well, and soon he should feel right at home and a beloved member of our pack of humans and furry friends. I work as a Shipt shopper and substitute teacher, so I have a flexible schedule! My husband works from home, so he’s here all day for lots of potty breaks and treats. About: I understand how important it is for dogs to get the exercise they need, and understand how hard it might be for someone who works during the day to provide them with that. I’d love to include an animal on my daily walks and let them sniff to their hearts content! I have a pretty flexible job, and can do 30 minute drop ins between 8am - 5pm. Any time before or after that I can stay longer! Weekends I am available any time. I will make sure your pet gets the care they need! Making sure they are well fed, hydrated, and taking them on walks if needed. I love to play, and can modify the level of play based on the age/energy level of your pet.

About: I rescued my dog Lucky in 2008 from Cabo MX. Took him back to Colorado to live in the mountains and now back home in Alabama. We averaged 2 walks a day every week and plenty of play time over the weekend. My family relies on me to take of their pets when they are away and I always gladly accept. I'm flexible during Friday and Saturday. I work Mon-Thursday from home. I have time early in the morning - later afternoon and early-late evenings to help visit and walk Whatever works for the animal, I can do. Specific feedings, walks around the block, cleaning up after them and lots of petting. They will look forward to my visits.

About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family always had dogs, and I quickly became the go-to dog walker in the neighborhood. In college, I volunteered with the local humane society, where I spent time walking dogs and taking them on fun “puppy dates” every day. I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments—and animals tend to feel naturally safe and comfortable around me. More recently, I’ve also become a big cat person! I didn’t grow up with cats, but I adopted one two years ago and have absolutely fallen in love. Whether it’s a playful pup or a snuggly cat, I’m here to provide loving, attentive care while you’re away. I’m fully available all day, every day for walks, check-ins, or extended pet care. I’m going online school until August 26th and have a very flexible schedule! My home is very pet-friendly and a great environment for animals! I have one dog—an English Lab—who is sweet, well-behaved, and uses an electric fence. I also have a cat who gets along great with dogs. We live in a dog-loving neighborhood where people are always out walking their pets, and my dog has regular playdates with the neighborhood pups. It’s a fun, safe, and social environment for any visiting pets!

I do work Monday through Friday from 9 to 5 but would be available to do drop ins before or after work and also available to board anytime during the weekend. I live in an apartment complex. I currently have one Lab that I love dearly. Her schedule is being walked three times a day and also lots of play time in the fenced in dog area. I will treat your babies the same way. If I come to stay in your home for care, I will follow any instructions you may have.

About: Strays were always welcome in my home growing up. Whether we kept them or found them a loving home I have always been surrounded by animals. From puppies to elderly dogs, all ages. I have worked with more reactive dogs but it is not my favorite. I have a cat in my apartment she loves dogs, but not all dogs love cats, so keep that in mind. No fenced in yard at the apartment, but plenty of grassy areas to frolic on a leash. I have a leadership role at a nonprofit that allows me to have a flexible hybrid (remote and on-site) schedule. I get outside everyday for a walk, come in and out of home for different work appointments or zoom meetings, and I would love to take care of your fur baby. Either walks, house sitting, overnights, etc. if you give me clear instructions on your fur baby I will be set. As far as how I care for animals in my environment— I have a huge cat tree in my living room, a little too many cat toys, plenty of space to go on walks. I often run through my neighborhood. My baby has automatic litter boxes and water fountains and a feeder that goes off at the same times everyday. She is a spoiled kitty and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
