“Aubrey was so sweet and helpful! She came twice a day to give medicine and food to our grumpy cat. Thank you Aubrey! We hope you’re available the next time we leave town.”

“Kianna took care of our zoo that included a very large and goofy golden doodle. Although shy and skittish he fell in love with her and survived us being gone beautifully. Highly recommend!”

About: I have watched the pets of neighbors/friends/family many a time, when I was younger I volunteered at the shelters, and as a tradesman I encountered animals when you wouldn't think. Now I'm going a different route in life I'm just trying to live in a more relaxed manner, just trying to make some money and make a few furry friends along the way. I do gig/freelance work to accommodate family needs. But I am pretty free and open most days. So book me and let's get to walkin! A 1/8 acre fenced back yard with shaded patio and two water bowls, and a doggy door everything a dog needs for a day.
About: I am an Army Veteran who learned the power of a bond between animals and humans after being discharged from the military and needing a companion of my own. I am currently a dog trainer as well as pursuing a bachelor's degree in animal behavior and health! I am a dog trainer that does board and train sessions as well as private in home lessons, while also pursuing my degree in animal behavior and health. I do train dogs full time, but please let me know what works with your schedule and I will do my best to accommodate! I have a big fenced yard and two australian shepherds that are very friendly. I can easily crate animals if needed or separate them by rooms if your dog does not like other dogs.

About: I have experience caring for dogs, cats, and other household pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I provide dependable, loving care that helps pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. My services include feeding, walking, playtime, administering medication if needed, cleaning up after pets, and following each pet’s individual routine. I treat every pet like they’re my own, making their health, happiness, and well-being my top priorities while giving owners peace of mind. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I enjoy staying active and spending time with animals. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide reliable walks, feedings, playtime, potty breaks, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I prioritize consistency and make sure every pet receives the care, affection, and routine they need to feel comfortable and happy while their owner is away. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priorities. I understand how important it is to trust someone with a beloved family member, and I take that responsibility seriously. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions, maintain your pet’s normal routine, and provide plenty of love, attention, and supervision. I communicate regularly with updates and photos, so you can feel confident knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.
About: Hi, I’m Rebecca! I’ve been caring for animals for nearly 30 years and working professionally with them for over 12 years through rescue, boarding, training, and rehabilitation. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I truly love what I do. Every pet that stays with me is treated with the same care and attention I give my own! I hold advanced dog training and animal behavior certifications, and I’m also certified in Animal CPR and First Aid, so your pup(s) will be in experienced, loving, and capable hands! Over the years I’ve worked with many different breeds and personalities, and I understand that every dog adjusts differently when away from home. Some dogs want to play all day, while others just want a quiet place to relax, and I do my best to make sure each dog feels safe and comfortable during their stay. I also have plenty of experience providing routine care and medications when needed, including pills, injections, and topical treatments. If your dog has special care instructions, I’m happy to follow their routine as closely as possible so they feel right at home. Dogs staying with me enjoy a large, fully fenced yard, frequent potty breaks, and plenty of attention and cuddles throughout their stay. Dogs go outside about once per hour while I'm home, and I return every 2–3 hours when I need to step out. My two very friendly dogs and four animal LOVING kids (9, 13, 14, and 16) help make sure visiting pets get plenty of playtime, affection, and mental stimulation, while still maintaining calm areas for your pups to have a comfortable place to decompress and relax. In addition to boarding, I also offer training services and yard cleanup services if you're interested. Please feel free to reach out for more information or a quote. I’m also happy to care for reptiles, birds, and other small animals as well. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! I work full time in a flexible position that allows me to work from home a good majority of the time, or return home as needed while I am away. My job is only about 5 minutes away, and on days I’m away I come home every 2–3 hours to check on/let out the animals. I also have cameras in the home so I can keep an eye on everyone, and I’m able to return home quickly if anything needs my attention. I have a securely fenced yard where dogs can safely run and play during their stay. There’s plenty of room for exercise, and I keep toys in the yard so dogs always have something fun to do. The yard is also covered by security cameras, so I can keep a watchful eye on everyone even if I step inside for a moment.

“Kaylee took such great care of our kitty while we were away on vacation. She always provided great checkups with lots of sweet photos when she checked in on our little guy. If you are looking for someone that loves your kitty, Kaylee is amazing! Thank you so much!!”

About: I have always had pets in my life. I had made sure they were properly fed in the right amount at the right times and always had a fresh bowl of water. They never go without love as well as making sure they have their space to go and do their thing. Pets will always be taken care of with me and made sure they go home happy and healthy. :) I am currently unemployed. This gives me the chance to give your furr babies even more of my full attention, care, and cuddles to your animals. If taken care of at my house, I treat them the same as if they were at your house. I make sure they are comfortable.
About: I've taken care of many different kinds of puppies. I have 2 puppies and can do basic training. Really good with senior dogs and keeping them safe and healthy. Can give medications or any kind. I am currently in school so it will be after school times. I can come out earlier depending on the day. I would love to work with you and your schedules as well! At your house I will follow your rules and try to take care of your pets as close to the way you do as possible. In my house animals are well taken care of and loved any time we are home and spoiled while they are out with us on adventures.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Hooper
Dashia is a great pet sitter! We were so at peace on our trip knowing that she was taking care of our dog. She always showed up on time, took our dog on walks, brought enrichment activities, and gave our dog so much love. Our flight got delayed and she worked with us to make sure our dog was taken care of until we got home safely! We plan to have her as our dog sitter for any future trips we have planned.

This was our first time using Rover and we are very happy with the experience and with Becca. We could see that she genuinely cared for our girls, which eased our fears about leaving them at home and gave us peace of mind. We will definitely use Becca again for future care of our precious fur babies.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Hooper with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
