About: Growing up, my family always had at least two dogs at all times. Although I don’t have a dog of my own, I love taking care of and spending time with other people’s dogs. 🩷 I am a teacher by day (Aug-end of May) and dog sitter on the side! I love kids but dogs truly have my heart. The bigger, the better! I am a teacher, so I will be gone from 6:30am-3:30pm. I have watched dogs while I’ve been at school who are used to be alone for an extended amount of time but but I will walk them prior to leaving for work and then spend the evening with them once I get home. :) ***If your dog isn’t used to being alone while I would be at work, I do have someone who can check on your pet and also take them out midday while I’m at work! :) Although I do not have a fenced in yard, my neighborhood community has a fenced in dog park area to give your dog(s) the space and freedom to roam as needed. :)
About: I have had pets most of my life including dogs, cats, hamsters, and chickens. I look forward to meeting all the four footed friends you love! I am a college student who has a lot of free time. I would love to spend my free time with pets. I am normally free except for a few hours during the middle of the day. I hope to provide the safest and most loving environment for the pets. I have had to repair fences and chase dogs that have escaped. I do not mind doing either because people have done that for me.

During each visit I make sure pets have fresh food and water, let dogs out for the bathroom, and play so they feel comfortable while their owners are away! About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 7 years old. I have a natural bond and understanding with dogs that make caring for them easy. I would love to turn this into a full time business for myself due to my love and empathy for animals. About: Well Anderson County I’m a nice guy with some time on his hands who lives in the perfect spot to suit almost any dogs needs. I can care for almost every activity level and have ample space on 7 acres, parks, or the many areas in and around Anderson County. I am also able to pick up and drop off for a small fee and have a truck so no dog too big. Overall, they will have a safe place to stay when you need. Whatever your needs I can usually accommodate. I currently work full-time but I have a flexible and lenient schedule. I am available most of the day for the dogs and have a near by dog park by Mills that if ok with the owner I can take them to, if not I have Mills park in my back yard for endless shaded walking. I have a fully fenced yard with 6 foot privacy fence. I do own a miniature and standard schnauzer that will keep your pet company. Yard is about 1/4 acre so they will have plenty of room to run around in.
About: I’ve taken care of my neighbors dog for two years. I walked her and took her on potty breaks. She spent the night with me too. I got a family dog 3 years ago and care for her as well. I have also watched a golden lab, a mini labradoodle, a gsp, a beagle mix, and two golden doodles. I take them out throughout the day, play with them, and can stay overnight. I’m attending MUSC for my dietetic internship and I’m more available on the weekends than the weekdays. I also will attend church on Sunday mornings. I make sure all the doors are locked in the house before I leave. I make sure they can’t get out of the house and I could crate them as well as I’ve done before with a family friend’s dog.

About: I got my dog when I was 13 and she was the best thing that happened to me. She was the most loving and caring dog I ever met but lost her to a serious illness and I just love to give out my heart to animals and would love to spend some time with your animals. I am a stay at home mom and the moment. Son is five and in kindergarten and he loves animals just as much as I do but because I’m not completely over losing my dog I haven’t been able to get him a dog for himself. I’m home and have a dog park right now the road from me so keeping dogs a breeze. I always have an eye on the animals. Never feed food other then the kind given. Nothing in the rooms that they would stay in that could hurt them.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
