About: I love dogs. I lost my dog a few years ago, and looking to care for other small to medium size dogs (30 lbs max). Since I work from home I have flexibility throughout the day to take care of your puppy needs and give them love, care and attention. I have a huge fenced backyard and there is tons of room for the dogs to run around, fetch the ball and explore the yard. I have two young boys who love to play with dogs too.
4. Grace Y.
“Grace has been a godsend for my puppy. She helped set a routine, kept me updated on his activities every single day. He actually ate more food at her place than he does at mine. She took him on good long walks and made his super comfortable. I was at peace on my trip knowing the daily happenings and seeing pictures of him. She truly treated him like her own pet.”
5. Eris X.

6. Anusha A.
“Buster refused to come when we went to pick up & I’m not surprised at all. Anusha’s daughter taught him a new trick too ! During the heat wave, she’d made sure to take him for a walk before it got too warm . This time it was very pleasant weather. He got good exercise walking . I’m at peace when Buster is at Anusha’s knowing my baby is being loved just the way we do !”
7. Svetlana G.
“Svetlana has looked after my dog Roxy and has done an incredible job. She is an extremely caring, thorough, and responsible person. She is very detailed and will ask you for instructions on how you care for your dog so she can follow everything to a tee. Roxy was always happy in Svetlana's home. Additionally, her home is very spacious and she keeps it meticulously clean. There's a great park nearby and she walks dogs frequently - multiple times per day. Your beloved pet will be in great hands!”
8. Nadia N.
“Nadia was reliable and I felt very safe leaving my puppy in her hands. She picked him up every morning at 9am, brought him to her home and returned him at 5pm. He had fun and got to play with other dogs and Nadia gave me peace of mind sending pictures and updates throughout the day. Thank you Nadia for an excellent job!!”
9. Pam S.

11. Dalene K.
“Dalene was an absolute lifesaver for me; prior plans fell through and I had no one to take Boo while traveling from home. Dalene graciously saved the day and took care of Boo last minute. She was so kind, considerate, and communicative with me throughout his daycare stay and I loved receiving pictures of him with her adorable little pittie Mo! I cannot recommend Dalene enough if you’re looking for a committed and attentive dog sitter in the area.”

About: I was raised by a mother who specialized in breeding Border Collies, and as a result, I frequently worked with newborn and young puppies. In addition to this, we assisted a local breeder of Labrador Retrievers—black, brown, and yellow—in caring for her litters, particularly when she required additional support or was away. Our household also included family dogs, neighborhood rescue cats, and a horse. As an adult, my passion for animals has remained strong. Over the past 12 years, I have had the joy of caring for our rescue Border Collie-Black Lab mix, whom we recently had to say goodbye to. We also currently have a 10-year-old cat. Currently, I have a 6 year old starting 1st grade and a 3 year old son. We recently lost our sweet 12 year old rescue and are not yet ready for a new pup. We would love to help you with your furry family members! My son and I are free most mornings after school drop offs and we can also accommodate afternoons/ evenings after 2:30pm pick up with my daughter. Most weekends also work for walking, boarding, or check ins. We have a small, gated backyard with a patch of fake grass. We live very close to Vasona/oak meadow park and Bachman park and would be happy to share the neighborhood with your furry friends. We would treat your family like our family! We would of course follow whatever rules the owner felt comfortable with, but would include our friend indoors and outdoors in all family activities including walks and meals and playtimes inside and outside. We had an indoor/outdoor dog before and have baby gates blocking off each level of our house. We have an indoor outdoor cat who is very used to dogs and is low key.

About: I’ve taken care of every kind of pet. Our family also owns a farm and I work grooming at Petco so I’m very well familiar with mostly every dog breed. We have lots of dogs as well and will be able to let you meet my dog named Nala she’s very interested and kind to new people and dogs, and would have lots of energy to play with your dog. If your dog is a senior 10 years and over or has any conditions I will make sure Nala is away so your dog will be safe and be able to play with all the toys she can desire. I can also bathe your dog just let me know of any allergies and sensitivity and will need a picture of rabies paper. I’m currently working part time as a groomer at Petco but I am only working 4 days a week Tuesday through Thursday then Saturday but I work quick shifts and have a break to check on your dog. Maximum time left alone is 3 hours. Normally work in the mornings so afternoons and nights will be long walks and mornings are short around the block walks. I have a fenced yard and ensure your dog will have food and water and if he doesn’t eat his food I can mix in some scrambled egg or stredded chicken or just leave it for him so he can finish on his own time if you wouldn’t want me to give him those

We work from home and so are around to play with, feed, and care for your dogs during the day. We are flexible with drop off and pick up times. I have a fenced yard and three dogs ready to keep your dog company. We can crate your dog if you’d like. Dogs will have time inside and outside.
17. Bexaida M.
“Our first experience booking with Rover and we couldn't be more happy with how our little Bella was cared for. Bexaida did an amazing job watching our pup and kept me updated throughout the day on how she was doing. It was our first time being away from our Bella and we were nervous and sad to leave her. When I saw the way Bexaida interacted with her own puppies, I knew my Bella would be in great hands. I would recommend Bexaida to care for your furry friend! ?”
18. Shahnaz J.
“Shahnaz is a caring mother to her own dog as well as a the dogs she minds. She is very attuned to their needs and always wants them to live their best lives making nutritional homemade meals and giving them beautiful haircuts and taking them on long walks. She has a huge heart and donates to dog shelters for those dogs in need.”
19. Dave G.
“We were in a pinch and needed last minute day care for our pup to attend our son's commencement at UCSC. I reached out to Dave the day before. He was immediately responsive letting us know he could take our pup. We were prepared to make the trek to his place in the Santa Cruz mountains up windy roads and through scenic forests based on prior reviews. Our pup Phoebe is timid around multiple dogs so I appreciated that Dave was systematic in introducing her to each dog in his care one by one. Phoebe was in his care for six hours. I didn't receive any updates or photos but trusted everything went well. After pickup, Dave was happy to answer any questions I had regarding our pup's stay and comfort level at his place.”
