“I have nothing but great things to say about Mary! We have a senior dog who I’ve been very reluctant to board lately. I hate leaving him in a kennel or a run for an extended period of time but haven’t had many other options when traveling. I thought I’d give Rover (and Mary in particular) a shot and I’m so glad I did. Our dog can be a little aggressive if he doesn’t know you but once he warms up, he’ll be your best friend. As such, we worked with Mary for a couple of weeks leading up to our trip just so her and Chipper could get acclimated. We scheduled several visits with Mary, each one with more interaction and Mary handled it perfectly. She was patient and willing to give Chipper the time he needed to get comfortable. By the time we were ready to take off on our trip, they were basically best buds. During our travels while Mary was visiting Chip, I couldn’t have asked for anything more. She was overly communicative, patient with all of my questions and messages, she worked with us to keep Chippers anxiety to a minimum and even went out of her way to make sure he was okay during an unexpected parade that came right by our place - stopping in to see Chip an extra time for us knowing that he was on edge. She even helped us with finding the best way to medicate him based on their interactions while we were gone. I genuinely felt like she cared and her help made our trip that much more enjoyable because we weren’t stressed about Chips wellbeing. I was hesitant to leave a review because Mary is already #1 on Rover in our area and I’d hate to think about what happens if she gets too busy for us but she deserves all the praise because she’s honestly been a huge help for us and our dog Chipper :) Thank you so much again Mary!”

I can’t recommend Mary enough! She watched my cat for 2.5 weeks while I was away, and I felt completely at ease the entire time. She cared for our two cats, including one needing twice daily insulin injections, with total skill, compassion, and professionalism. Krystal was great with our two pups! We normally board them when we’re traveling, but it was awesome that they were able to stay at home, and we had the peace of mind that they were in great hands! She sent pictures and kept us updated all weekend. Will definitely ask Krystal to come back. 🐶🐶
