If you would rather me come to your house, I love taking long walks and am very used to playing with toys in the house to try to burn all of that energy! She could have easily run in opposite direction but took us and the girls on last week with a calming presence, grace and humor. She went above and beyond taking great care of the dogs and even meeting chimney service because we had a squirrel squatter. We couldn’t have gotten thru last werk without Mary. When I am at a client house I watch the dogs when they go outside. I cuddle them and pet them when I am there. I love being around the animals.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
