About: I’ve fostered over 75 dogs! I’ve taken care of dogs whose ages range from actual newborn puppies to my own senior dog who is 10. I have experience with every kind of dog from a chihuahua to a great dane and everything in between. I am currently a part-time student at LSU, but only have classes for a couple hours on Tuesday & Thursday 10am-2pm so anytime outside of that i’d love to take care of your pet(s)! I have a fenced yard and three dogs of my own to play with yours! I also have crates of every size if you like them to hang out in a crate by themselves sometimes! If I’m at your home, i’ll be sure to give your pet the attention, love and care they deserve. I’ll also be sure not to leave a mess behind and I always try to leave homes cleaner than I found them. About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was around 13, from pet sitting for neighbors, friends and family to working professionally in dog daycare and boarding facilities. I have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes, including puppies and senior dogs. I’m comfortable giving medications, following prescription diets and special feeding instructions, and I also have experience giving insulin injections to diabetic dogs. About: I am a disabled combat veteran!! I have always had dogs! I had 3 but my 17.5 year of Yorke passed away so now I have a husky and a lab! This will give me a reason and what other reason needed than to walk, sit or play with sweet doggies! They make me happy and if I had all the room I would adopt them all and pick them all up in the road! They are absolutely better than humans! They deserve all the amazing things in their little doggy life! I would love to live on your babies too!! I am currently not working full time or part time as I said I am a disabled veteran! Every now and then I have an online job from home but I am still able to attend to the dogs. Im with them in the living room and have a break every hour but most jobs only last 3 hours or so. I will have all the time with your babies! This will add to the other things that give me purpose and a reason! I love sitting outside with them throwing the ball or letting them sunbathe if they want and I also have a fan if they get hot while sunbathing! My babies love to sunbathe but when they had enough they run inside for a treat!! Your babies will be treated as my own! I have a fenced yard and 2 friendly babies!! Even the driveway is gated! They will be very safe in my yard! They can run in my yard, sunbathe, or go for a swim if they like the water!

This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
