About: I have been surrounded by animals my entire life and have years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all kinds. My father has owned and operated a dog training/boarding business for over 14 years, and I grew up helping him with the daily care and responsibilities that come with working with dogs. I currently work part time as a kennel technician at Hickory Small Animal Hospital in Ponchatoula, where I help care for pets staying in the boarding facility. This experience has made me comfortable caring for dogs with different personalities, routines, and individual needs. I also have extensive experience with horses and regularly help care for horses and assist with barn responsibilities for several owners. I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your pets. I strive to provide dependable, attentive, and loving care while making sure every animal feels safe and comfortable while their owner is away. I am a college student with a flexible schedule, which allows me to make pet care a priority. I also work part time, but I am able to plan my schedule around bookings and make sure each pet gets the time, attention, and care they deserve. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I have a fenced in yard where dogs can safely play and get plenty of outside time. I also have a friendly dog of my own who can provide some company and playtime!
