About: I have been taking care of dogs and animals since i was a child. At just 11 years old, I got my very own dog and have taken care of her by myself for the past 5 years. I trained her as a puppy to be potty trained, be obedient, and to do over a dozen tricks. I have also dog sat for friends and neighbors numerous amounts of times, and have enjoyed every one of them :) I am currently enrolled in online courses for school and have the ability to create my own schedule based on when your fur baby needs assistance. I have a very flexible schedule and can be available any time of the day. I will follow a strict schedule for your pup if needed. This will include providing food and water, regular exercise, playtime, and ensuring a safe environment surrounding your baby. I can take them on long walks and can handle a strong dog on a leash.

About: I have always had animals in my life. I know each one is different and special. I grew up on a farm so I know having a loving and compassionate person to care for your babies is a necessity when you have animals. I am a stay at home mom so while the kids are at school I have plenty of time to come by and play with your babies. I have a fenced in courtyard area in my home. About: Hi! My name is Derick. I welcome any size dog, or any other animal for that matter! I've had dogs from 2 pounds to 230 throughout my life. Growing up, my parents owned a petstore and I currently am a Companion Animal Manager at Petco so I have a lot of experience with animals of all sizes and species. I've also always been one to rescue animals and try to give as many of them as I can a chance in life. I volunteer with multiple rescue organizations throughout the Hammond area as well! No matter the breed, I will love them with all my heart <3 and I will do whatever it takes for your pupper to love me too! I hope to see you and your fur baby soon! Being a full-time manager at Petco, my schedule is mostly restricted to Sundays and Mondays. If there are any changes, I will make sure to make adjustments to my calendar in advance! My dogs love to run throughout my fenced yard, chasing each other like their life depends on it. They also love to play with all of their toys in the house. My dogs have adapted to my work schedule and are always ready to play, sleep, and/or eat all at the same time.
