I've been pet-sitting and dog walking for friends and neighbors for over a decade, and have extensive personal pet experience as well (of the mostly furry variety). I would love to spend time with your fur babies, and vow to treat them as if they were my own. I have extensive education under my belt to better care for your pet, including classes in dog CPR and first aid (Academy of Canine Educators), Zoo Science (animal enrichment), as well as Dog Emotion & Cognition (Duke University) and Dog Behavior Solutions (ASU). About: I have taken care of a variety of animals growing up but above all my longest interaction has been with cats and dogs! I know about the responsibilities and attention cats and dogs require from newly born to adults. “Khalaya is a very sweet person and took excellent care of my two dogs and cat. This was the first time I've hired someone to come take care of my animals, but she put me at ease when I met her. My dogs were excited to meet her and I felt comfortable leaving them with her for the weekend. She sent me pictures and a video of them while we were gone and they looked relaxed. I'm surprised my cat came out to meet her, but there's photographic evidence that she did! When we returned, our animals were happy and well cared for. They were happy to see us, but there is no doubt in my mind that they enjoyed getting tons of attention while we were away. I would absolutely have her back the next time we travel! About: I have loved and taken care of dogs all my life. I’ve had dogs from puppies to seniors and understand how to care to all their needs. Along with that I take the time to really get to know each dog on their own and establish a connection so that each party is happy. I currently work a full time job. However I work from home so that allows me to be flexible with my time and always there to attend to the dogs. I have a fenced in yard and a dog of my own to give your fur baby’s company. The dogs can free roam around the house but I’ll always make sure I can see them. If preferred to be caged that is also possible.

About: I have been taking care of dogs for family, friends, and Rover for years and am excited by every opportunity I get to spend with them! I've been a dog owner myself for over 5 years. I can easily adjust my sitting style for dogs with a lot of energy or ones that are a little more relaxed. I am happy to sit in and give belly rubs or take them out on a long walk with me! My home has a fenced in backyard and there are plenty of places to walk near me. I typically work full time during the week at a non-profit theatre, I'm always happy to meet in person before we make final arrangements. About: I Love dogs, since my dog has passed away several years ago I enjoy pet sitting to fill the void. Animals are love. Your animal will be cared for and loved the way you would. We have a fenced in yard which your animal can play in and he will not be ignored or cooped up. We have had many dogs in the past but do not currently have one. Good with large dogs, or all sizes, really, Many people have trusted us with their dogs but now I am trying this service hoping it works well on all ends, it seems like a good idea. Your animal will be in a safe environment and you can get regular updates. Thank you for considering me. I am currently tele commuting working from home. Your dog won't be left alone for hours on end and will not be ignored. Usually home 7 days a week The yard is fenced in, and I have also been using an apple air tag as an extra level of security. Making sure your dog never gets away is the highest priority.

About: Growing up I wanted a pet so badly but unfortunately, I had a parent that was allergic to cats and fur. I spent years taking care of all the neighbors pets of any size breed or age eventually when I was in the eighth grade my parents got a hyper allergenic dog. I loved her so much and spent so much time with her and taking care of her. Unfortunately, I lost her unexpectedly in 2024 but since then I become a first time cat owner, and I am loving it. I love animals and I love taking care of pets. I hope to connect with you to discuss how best to take care of your pets so that you know they’re getting the best care. During the weekend I have full availability to take care of your pets. During the week, I have a flexible, work schedule with an option of working from home two days a week. Thursday specifically are a more difficult day for me to get out of the office, but my flexible schedule allows me to take the time to take care of your pets. I like a balance of active engagement and rest. I am an active person that loves to be outside and can keep up with the most energetic pets. I am also a bookworm and know the joys of sitting on the couch, reading a book with a snoozing pet.

About: Dog owners will definitely love the fact that I am dog owner myself and equipt to most dogs. I do not have exact experience from someone hiring me to take care of their pet,but I did have three dogs within a decade of my life. My animals ranged from a whole lot of fish to 6 guinea pigs to a bird to 3 dogs. Currently raising two 12 week old puppies. So I am a animal person. I would say that I am home all day to take care of my two small pups Max and Brody. I do have a good amount of time with each dog I am taking care of at the time. I would say my specials skills with animals are I try to talk to them and also try to calm them down. I do have a part time job that work the evenings mon-wednesday, Friday- Saturday schedule so I am limited at night, but during the day I can provide care for any pet here on Rover. I would make sure that everything they are taken outside that if you would have a gate that it would be closed and locked and also help secure a nice play area for the pet.
