I grew up in a family that always had pets and have lived with others with pets as well. I am very comfortable and knowledgeable of animals of many ages and types. I have assisted with puppy training and working on commands and discipline and also cared for senior dogs who need extra attention and assistance. I am currently attending nursing school ~3-4 days/week and have availability in the evenings, weekends and some days to assist with pet care needs. My schedule is flexible outside of clinical hours and am excited to spend time with your animals and assist with your needs. I am available for short check-ins, walks, overnights, and weekends you are away. My ideal setting for pet care would be at a client's home due to already having one at home. I am open to caring for pets at my home once we have determined that our animals would be comfortable with one another and get along well! My house has a fenced in yard with lots of space for activity and play time for your pets. I have experience with house sitting and dog sitting concurrently whether for a few hours, few days or weeks. I am respectful, clean and responsible and follow instructions and client preferences.

About: My goldendoodle, Harper (12 lbs), has been with me for five years and I love her to pieces. She gets along with most dogs, but prefers to chill on the couch rather than play roughly most of the time. She doesn't love puppies who want to be in her face/butt constantly but as long as they can listen to her, she's happy to hang with them. I'm happy to host dogs for boarding or do drop-in visits or walks at your home. I work for myself (about 10 hours per week) & my schedule is very flexible. I will have lots of time to give your pup the attention they deserve! I always like to do a meet-and-greet with Harper in a neutral space prior to hosting in my home. It's important to me that your pet feels comfortable and has a space that feels like "theirs" - if you can bring their bed, or something that feels like home for them, that is very helpful.
