Although renting limits the number of pets I can have, it gives me the opportunity to dedicate my time and attention to caring for others’ pets. I’d love to provide loving, dependable care for your furry friend while you’re away. I’m a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom with flexible availability and a love for animals. I have experience caring for pets of all ages, including puppies and senior pets. I’m happy to provide check-ins, companionship, and attentive care to give you peace of mind while you’re away. I would love to stay at play with them if they are playful! I am happy to take them on walks and if allowed give extra treats and cuddles!

About: I’ve worked with dogs since I was a child. I’ve been exposed to large dog breeds (ex. Rottweilers & German Shepherds) as well as small dog breeds (ex. corgis & dachshund's). I am a certified dog trainer, with 9 years experience and can work in some Basic Obedience work with your dog during their stay or we can talk about some behavior modification and steps to move forward for private lessons. I currently work part time and have plenty of time and energy to work with and take care of your pup. I work with my own dogs twice a day but those sessions are very flexible. I don’t currently have a fully fenced in yard, but I have access to 5 private acres I can walk your pup on a long line. I utilize martingale collars to prevent any mishaps or escaping. I utilize positive reinforcement to connect and have clear communication with each dog I interact with.

She stayed with our 2 cats, 1 dog, rabbit and chickens and all the animals were so well cared for while we went to California for our daughters wedding. House was spotless, animals absolutely loved Stephanie, and truly a she is a gracious, caring, knowldgeable and just wonderful person. She even left us a surprise 4 pack of our absolute favorite beers and a card of congrats when we returned home. We will love to have her here again soon!”
