“Chloe is the absolute BEST! She is easy to communicate with, professional and nice! Our super shy cat always comes out for her and feels safe with her. She is our go to cat sitter and would recommend her 10/10!!!”

About: Hello! Since I was a child I've been a huge lover of animals. I have my own 6-year-old boxer mix who is a sweetheart but a handful (leash reactive to other dogs) and volunteered as a dog walker for the DC Humane Rescue Alliance for six months in 2023, so I have a lot of experience handling dogs with a variety of temperaments and personalities. I currently have wide-open availability after being recently furloughed from my full-time job due to the Executive Order freezing foreign aid. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry babes! Having recently been laid off from my FT job working on maternal and infant nutrition programs due to the Executive Order freezing foreign aid, I have very flexible availability Sunday through Saturday from 8am-8pm. I am available for pet care visits in your home and dog walking. I am very respectful of others' homes and property. I'm happy to do an introductory visit to meet you and your pets.
“Amazing as usual! Alyssa always makes sure I’m updated and sends pictures after each visit. I’m so grateful she was available on such short notice and took wonderful care of my cats. Highly highly recommend!”

“Noelle was great! She was able to gain the trust of my two semi-difficult kitties and give them both insulin shots! She was communicative and sent lots of pictures and videos. I felt very secure leaving them in her capable hands.”

About: Hello! I’ve been caring for dogs since my own pup was just 8 weeks old. From fun off-leash adventures to cozy times at home, I’ve helped my dog grow into a friendly, well-socialized little buddy. I also enjoy walking g and looking after my brother’s dogs (medium and larger size). I always make sure each pet gets the attention they deserve and it makes me happy to see them happy and cared for. Thank you for reading this and I can’t wait to help you too. I’m currently taking a break from my professional career to spend some more time at home with both my children and pup. My kids are teens and at school during the day so I have time for extra dog walks and care. I have a fully fenced in large backyard and my Cockapoo pup is super friendly around both people and other dogs. I’d want to meet and greet before caring for your pup to ensure we are all comfortable and I understand how you’d like me to care for your pet in your home or around your neighborhood.
“We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Lisbeth! As first-time users of Rover, we were initially hesitant, but Lisbeth was understanding and put our minds at ease. She was trustworthy, caring, and punctual throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Lisbeth and will be reaching out to her again in the near future :)”

“Alexa was so communicative and great with my cat! He takes oral medication and she handled it so well. Thank you, Alexa!! I felt very comfortable leaving my cat home alone for a week knowing you were checking on him.”

“Raquel was communicative and reliable when we needed a last-minute drop-in sitter for our cat over the holiday weekend. During the meet & greet, she was very interested in learning about Monty’s habits and needs. While we were away, Raquel sent updates and photos each day, and helped with an unexpected package delivery. It was great to know that Monty was in such good hands - we highly recommend Raquel!”

“Peter was excellent with our cat Vader! He was prompt, communicative, and above and beyond helpful. We were very appreciative of his help with our cat while we were on vacation. He gave us piece of mind when he would visit and we can’t thank him enough!”

“Suzanne was an awesome sitter for my two cats! She was reliable and very easy to work with! I got a response from her just a couple of minutes after initial contact through Rover and she provided daily updates and photos for each visit. Highly recommend her and Rover!”

“Heather was a wonderful sitter for our two cats, who we found happy and healthy after one of the longest periods we've ever left them in a sitter's care. We also returned to a clean house with our mail and packages brought inside. Thank you, Heather.”
