They were very patient and accommodating with our pet. They provided constant updates with photos and video which made me feel at ease. I also had to add an extra night to the booking and they were very understanding about the sudden change of plans. I will definitely be using them in the future and would highly recommend their family to keep your pet safe.

My dog Jax stayed with Cecilia for five days, and she was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to care for him, especially when it came to getting him to eat, he’s a very picky eater, but she was so patient and creative. Jax also got to play with her sweet dogs, which made him feel right at home. Cecilia sent me daily updates with videos and pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. I could tell he was happy and well cared for. I highly recommend her!
This was Arianna’s second time watching Lola, and once again, she was amazing! We were gone for 5 days which is the longest we’ve ever been away from Lola and Arianna kept us in the loop the whole time with photos, videos, and updates. It was the first time Ting took care of my German Shepherd Aspen. She sent 3-4 photos everyday and Aspen looked pretty comfortable and enjoyed his stay at Ting’s.
