“Darlene was awesome. She sent pics and videos, and short messages several times a day telling me how my babies were doing and what they happened to be up to. She seemed to truly enjoy caring for my animals and celebrating every achievement. As a rescuer for over 30 years, I have special babies that need a little extra TLC, and I could tell she knew her way around not so easy animals and managed to win them over almost immediately. We never go away, but the likelihood of a repeat vacation has increased knowing that Darlene will be around to help. Darlene stayed at our house for a week and cared for our dog, cats, hermit crabs, birds, and fish. And she even volunteered to feed the wandering neighborhood cats and wildlife! Also, I’ve never had a Petsitter who left my house as she found it or better. Returning is hard when you have to do major cleaning after you get home, but that was not the case with Darlene. Thank you Darlene! Please stick around the area so we can call on you again ?”

She not only feeds and walks them, she lovingly plays with them and shows them so much affection. She has been taking care of them for years when we go on vacation. I consider him high maintenance because of his high energy and need for attention and alot of exercise. About: I am a true animal lover and I would treat your animals as my own. I have lots of pet care experience from having my own of 2 cats and 1 dog and taking care of some friends. I have done 2 years of pet therapy with my own dog and completed basic to advanced dog training. I have volunteered for father john animal house and eleventh hour rescue to get some shelter experience and more dog exposure. I would prefer to work with small to medium dog size. My second hobby is animal training which is a rewarding experience to me from dog socialization to learning basic commands. I just love working with dogs and is rewarding in seeing the dog learned the command. As i like to walk daily, pets fit into my daily schedule perfectly. Our daily morning schedule usually 7 days a week is potty upon awakening, breakfast and playtime upon first hour. Then a morning walk and another one around dinner time. I have a unfenced yard but believe exercise is a high requirement for the dog. What i do in place is 2 daily neighborhood walks and take her occasionally to local parks to walk around for different smells and meet other friendly dogs. Also believe in going to any local dog events for shelters to give dog interactions/ socialization.

“Allie took amazing care of my two German Shepard’s. One of which is elderly and has trouble getting up and controlling his hind legs as well as bowels. So needless to say he needs a little extra attention. I highly recommend Allie to watch dogs of all ages from puppy’s to seniors since she has much experience with them as well as other animals including cats, horses, chickens, chinchillas etc.”

About: I’ve taken care of different types and ages of dogs since I graduated high school. I have consistently been dogsitting for several families in the summer and during the school year. I currently am completely off in the summer until August 28th. I do babysit for various families in the summer but this normally does not affect my schedule too much. I am also available during the school year, but I do work in a school Monday-Friday until 3:45 PM. Depending on distance, I am available most of the time. I would like to know if your dog has any special needs or specific instructions when taking care of him or him. I understand that I would be a new person in their life so I am very respectful of that. For boarding, my fiancé and I have a fenced in yard if needed and we are both quite active.
