A few days before, Lauren stopped by our apartment to receive our key and meet our pup. She brought a notebook to write down all instructions / important notes. Her demeaning was soft and positive, and already we knew she was a great fit. On the day of our leave, Lauren was in regular correspondence about her timing and about activities with our girl. She took a few picture updates. Everything went very smooth. She clearly had no problem watching our elderly dog. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to watch your loved one fur pup, elderly or otherwise.”

About: I am a devoted animal person. I have had dogs and cats my whole life, and am experienced with puppies as well as senior dogs. I currently work remotely and have a flexible schedule. I am available for dog walking weekdays and some weekends. Open to special requests and needs. My home has a large doggie door which opens to large fenced in yard. About: Hello animal lovers - I have benefitted from Rover for dog sitting and realize it's something I'd love to do myself. My husband (a social worker) and I are both dog lovers and have a dog (a Frenchie) as well. I work from home (I run a marketing agency I started 12 year ago) and alas much of typical day I'm on zoom, and treasure the breaks for walking and loving on the dogs. While new to Rover, if been helping out friends and neighbors with dog care and logistics and sharing the love for years I'm reliable, work from home, and would love to know how you could use some help. Currently offering to sit or board one dog at a time or arrange prescheduled walks. I'll treat them like family. Comfortable with dogs of many sizes and personalities, and happy to provide updates and photos for peace of mind. Looking forward to meeting your furry friend! Our dog Fiona, a frenchie, plays well with others and has some unique needs including no rough play + daily medicine needs so we're familiar with special rules and medical needs. We do a morning walk, a mid day walk, an "after work" walk and a before bed walk. I work from home so am genrrally around all day. While flexible, I imagine at least initially the primary offering will be to host and care for your dog at our place but am open to house sitting if there's a great fit, I work from home. I can host your dog weekdays and weekends but know on weekends we may have friends (and sometimes friends with dogs) stop by. We have a fenced in deck otherwise for excercise we take leashed walks. I currently am only offering care in my own home and plan to only host one additional dog overnight at a time. Ask me any questions you'd like.

“Christopher is a true dog lover and I feel fortunate to have found him to take care of my pack whenever I’m not around. I have a lot of attendant anxiety when trying to pair my dogs with a suitable sitter- for no other reason than that they need a lot of exercise and ask for a lot of attention. Christopher alleviated every ounce of attendant stress experienced by leaving my dogs in someone’s care. He took my dogs on outings, updated me with charming photos and was completely unflappable when it came to managing two high energy and young labs along with a corgi who needs to herd everyone to feel fulfilled. On top of all of this, Christopher took excellent care of my home- maybe even leaving it cleaner than I did for him. 5 stars for Christopher, absolutely!”

About: I grew up with dogs and have fostered and cared for dozens of senior dogs at Muttville in SF. I also just said goodbye toy wonderful foster fail 2 Chainz who crossed the rainbow bridge in November. I live close to a lovely park with a great community of dog walkers. I am cautious of possible environmental hazards for pets young and old, and those who are out and about are always secured on/in a leash, harness, or carrier.
