Doggy Day Care in Highcroft

About: Walks through Armstrong Redwoods are a favorite activity. I have a large yard and a dog friendly house. I have a couple of years experience working in a veterinary clinic giving me experience medicating animals, including giving injections. I have a pool for dogs who love to swim! I was a volunteer and puppy raiser for Canine Companions for Independence back in the mid to late 1980's, and a Puppy Petter for Assistance Dog Institute in the early 2000's. I've also kept busy with boarding in my home for friends and acquaintances. I love dogs!! I have Sundays and Mondays off from my full time job, but I can fit in a nice walk after 4 pm most other days. When I have someone's dog, they get my full attention; we play, exercise, snuggle. My focus is providing an enriching experience for your dog .

About: I have owned and have taken care of a variety of pets including dogs, cats and guinea pigs. I can drop by to care for your cat(s) or dog(s) and even walk your dog. Cat care includes : •Play time •Petting / cuddle time •Treats •Daily litter scooping •100% litter changes for stinky litter boxes •Feeding your indoor / outdoor cat(s) •Provide fresh water •Daily photo for owner Dog care includes: •Drop in visits •Walks around the neighborhood •Petting and playtime •Potty breaks with potty clean ups •Daily photo for owner *If there is rain or tropical rain I will take them out briefly for a quick potty break then resume the remainder of the scheduled time for inside play. *It is up to the owner to provide towels so that I may towel-dry any wet pet(s). Pet sitting through Rover is my side job so I am available to care for your furry companions weekday mornings and evenings. My main job’s schedule is different each day. I am available to go to your home to care for your cats or walk your dog. I scoop litter, freshen up water bowls, feed your pets treats and food.

About: I will spoil your dog with attention and provide you with complete peace of mind. You can rest assured that your dog is safe and happy and getting the care you specify (such as health needs or special diet) and the love your dog wants (games, walks, toys, treats, hugs, and other canine amusements). I have a small white poodle, who loves to host friends. There is a half acre of fenced property for your dog to play and get fresh air. Dogs enjoy the outdoor furniture and indoor dog beds are abundant throughout the house. My work is part-time, online, and at my own pace, so I can easily shift my attention to your dog's needs for walks and playtime. I have a small fenced yard with artificial grass, and there is a large park at the end of the street, two or three small parks in the neighborhood, and a 2-mile trail to downtown. I have whatever a dog needs but ideally, pets should arrive with their own favorite "furniture," toys, and treats.

About: I love all animals, especially dogs. I'm a very active person so walking a lot is no issue for me. I enjoy hiking with dogs. I’ve worked in many dog shelters taking care of dogs of all different ages. I have also been a dog walker/sitter with rover and wag for about 6 years now. With me your puppers are in good hands :) I am working on a farm from 8-4 M-Th so weekends are more ideal. I like to take pups out first thing in the morning for a little stroll and on weekends I usually spend more time relaxing at home. I’m always checking in on them and giving them love whether that looks like playing with them or giving them a cuddle. I also check the water bowl multiple times a day to make sure they are hydrated. I try to have regular feeding times as well.

“Darina & Blake helped me with last minute doggy day care for my special rescue dog who currently has separation anxiety. They work from home which is puuurfect for pets who can't be left alone. Their wonderful home seems to be a good place for dogs, surrounded by natural forest beauty for sniff walks. I recommend them to help you and your fur babies!”
