I currently work full-time at Oconee Veterinary Hospital and have several years of experience in both veterinary and pet care settings. In addition to my hands-on experience, I’m also a full-time college student studying in the medical field, which has enhanced my knowledge of animal health, behavior, and overall care. I’m highly attentive to animals’ body language and behavior, and I’m committed to providing the same level of care and compassion to your pets as I would my own. Whether you’re away for a few hours or several days, you can rest assured knowing your pets are in caring, capable hands. My goal is to make your time away as stress-free as possible—for both you and your pets. My schedule includes working at Oconee Veterinary Hospital and attending Athens Technical College. About: With over 10 years of dog care experience, I provide loving, reliable care in both my home and clients' homes. I currently have two friendly medium/large-sized dogs and a large fenced-in backyard, perfect for safe play and exercise. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and temperaments, and I’m comfortable administering medications as needed. Working from home Monday through Friday allows me to give your dog plenty of attention, comfort, and companionship throughout the day. I currently have two friendly large-sized dogs and a large, fenced-in backyard perfect for playtime. We have a doggy door which allows my pups to go in and out as needed. About: After the passing of my senior dog, Fezzik, I felt the need to share my care for pets with others in my community. With experience volunteering at animal shelters and caring for senior animals, I can be the attentive caregiver your furry companion needs! I currently am starting my career in online teaching and content creation, which means I work from home and have a flexible schedule. With frequent walks already built into my schedule, I am a good fit for pets of any activity level! I live in a gated community with ample space for leashed walks and time in the grass for pets who are boarding. I maintain a clean, second-story apartment which includes a balcony and dog bed. I have my own transportation for at-home visits as well.

About: I don't have any professional experience, but I've grown up in a family that has housed a lot of dogs and cats since I was born. We've had 4 dogs and 7 cats from my early childhood until today, so while I did obviously have the rest of my family to assist with them, I've still had firsthand experience with a lot of different behaviors and habits of these pets and how certain traits or preferences vary between them. I finished college at UGA recently, so I'm currently at home full-time. Pet care would be pretty easy to fit into my weekly schedule. I always try to make sure I feed my cat her treats once a day around the same time, so consistent feeding and cleaning wouldn't be that much harder with additional pets. I am gone some evenings on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, but other than that my time is fully open to help your pets stay relaxed, happy, and healthy. My backyard has a fence, but it's currently old and unrepaired, so the gates cannot close properly, so any pets prone to running will be staying inside or on a leash. My house is very small, but my front and backyard are very spacious, ideal for pets that are uncomfortable in small spaces. My cat can be skittish around other animals, so I will need to keep her in a separate space from them, but my family's done that with many of our cats, so it will not be a problem for the client or their pets. My roommate stays inside most of the time, so but he's also very friendly and should not pose any issues for the pets.

About: I have always had a soft spot in my heart for dogs. I have carried this love into adulthood and I enjoy having them in my life. When your four-legged family member is with us they will be treated as one of the family. They will be doted upon and they will be constantly engaged, touched, and talked to. We go for walks in our 1-acre fenced backyard, which facilitates safe rewarding exploration and discovery. We allow the visitors to play and interact with our loving and friendly standard poodles who are great role models to each other and to visiting pooches. Even though your baby will be on their doggie Vaca, We will still use every opportunity to encourage learning, good manners, and good behavior by giving treats and positive reinforcement throughout the day. Stability, engagement, routine, and structure makes a happy dog and we aim to make sure that every four-legged friend who lodges with us, is happy and never wants to leave. Our resident babies eat twice per day and are allowed out for potty breaks three times per day. If it is a rainy day we do indoor activities in our 35x40 temperature controlled dog suite and we even watch a little "Dog TV" We have a great time, rain or shine! Sleeping arrangements will depend on what your baby is comfortable with but we do not allow our pets on the furniture or in our beds (at least when daddy is around). We have kennels but we allow the dogs to sleep anywhere they want to in the dog suite. I am a retired nurse and I am always home so I have plenty of time to dedicate to caring for dogs in my day. We have a huge fenced in backyard where all the dogs enjoy their time outdoors. We also have plenty of equipment in the yard for their enjoyment.

About: I’ve had dogs, cats, and fish all my life along with other animals. From being responsible for taking them out as a kid, to having my own to care for, and helping out with my family’s dogs I have learned a lot about animals and what it takes to keep them happy and healthy. I know all about special diets and meds as well as routines and special spots and toys. Animals really love me and they usually warm up immediately. They have a sense to them about peoples energies and I think they gravitate to mine. I am a independent contractor with complete control of my schedule. I am in and out of my house throughout the day so really we can work out whatever your needs are and I can plan around you I want your fur baby to feel as comfortable as possible while you are away. I will listen and follow your instructions to a T . I make sure all potty breaks and food are given at the correct time. I will make sure they get plenty of exercise and play time with all the love and attention.

About: I can walk your dog enough to play, take him to a park if necessary and be attentive to his needs everything with responsability thanks I really like animals. Right now I have free time and I can take care of pets for people who need their pet to be taken care of a little more. I have a fenced garden where he can play and also a park nearby for dogs and my French bulldog likes to share with other dogs.

About: I grew up with a house that was always full of animals. Dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, fish, even pet rats; I've cared for many kinds of fur babies. My family has had many breeds of dogs that I've been close to and helped raise/care for including German Shepherds, Boxers, Pitties, Terroirs, Goldens, Spaniels, Weimaraners and shelter mixes. All animals have a unique personality, and I know that some pets may take more time to adjust to a new friend than others.I have confidence that I can walk, bathe, feed and even help administer some medications for your family pet. I am a firm believer that all animals deserve love and affection. I currently have a cat, Lil Guy (crazy orange cat) and a dog, Dave (black lab/lap dog). I understand that our pets are incredibly important, and that we all want the best for them. I will treat your animals with just as much love, compassion, patience, and affection as I would my own. I am new to the area, and am looking for work that can that can sustain my financial needs. I would LOVE it if helping to care for pets became that opportunity. I am happy to come by and take your pet for a walk, a bath, a play date at the dog park, grab a bite to eat, see the vet, play with the cat, clean the litter box, and anything in between.
