About: A Convenient, Fun Home Away From Home 🐾 . I have a pet-friendly home with a large, fenced-in yard, located just one mile from Downtown Athens and UGA. It’s a great setup for friendly, social dogs who enjoy having room to play, relax, and get some exercise during the day. I work from home, so I’m able to provide a comfortable home environment for dogs throughout the day. . And when your dog is ready for a little adventure, I’m happy to take them out for walks or outings at places like Dudley Park or Sandy Creek Park. 🐕🌳 . Why this works well 🏡 Large fenced yard — Plenty of room for your pup to play, explore, and burn off some energy. 💻 I work from home — Your dog gets to spend the day in a home environment rather than a traditional kennel or facility. 🌳 Adventure time — Dogs who enjoy getting out and about can join me for walks and adventures at Dudley Park, Sandy Creek Park, and other nearby spots. 📍 Super convenient location — Just one mile from Downtown Athens and UGA. Drop your pup off on your way to work, school, or downtown and pick them up whenever it works for you. 🔑 Flexible drop-off & pickup — I work from home, but if I happen to miss you, I have keyless entry makes it easy to come and go, even if I’m briefly away from home. ⏰ Daytime care — My preference is daytime stays between 7 AM and 9 PM, making this especially convenient for students and anyone working near downtown. Overnight stays can also be accommodated when needed. . A few important requirements 🐶 . To make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience: • Meet & greets are required before the first stay so we can make sure your dog is comfortable here and gets along well with other dogs. • I only accept friendly, social dogs who are comfortable around people and other dogs. • No aggressive dogs, please. • Dogs must be spayed/neutered and current on all vaccinations. Proof of vaccinations will be requested before the first stay. My goal is to make dog care easy and convenient for you while giving your pup a safe, social place to hang out, get some exercise, and have a little fun while you're away. 🐕❤️ . About: After the passing of my senior dog, Fezzik, I felt the need to share my care for pets with others in my community. With experience volunteering at animal shelters and caring for senior animals, I can be the attentive caregiver your furry companion needs! I currently am starting my career in online teaching and content creation, which means I work from home and have a flexible schedule. With frequent walks already built into my schedule, I am a good fit for pets of any activity level! I live in a gated community with ample space for leashed walks and time in the grass for pets who are boarding. I maintain a clean, second-story apartment which includes a balcony and dog bed. I have my own transportation for at-home visits as well.

About: What sets me apart is my genuine love for dogs and lifelong experience caring for them. I’ve been watching and caring for dogs since I was 10, and I treat every dog with patience, kindness, and the same love and attention I’d give my own. I am a nurse but only work 3 days a week, and I’d love to help out on my days off! I have weekends off :) I provide safe and attentive care for walks and drop-in visits. I always follow your dog’s routine, ensure secure entry and exits, and keep them on a safe leash at all times. About: I don't have any professional experience, but I've grown up in a family that has housed a lot of dogs and cats since I was born. We've had 4 dogs and 7 cats from my early childhood until today, so while I did obviously have the rest of my family to assist with them, I've still had firsthand experience with a lot of different behaviors and habits of these pets and how certain traits or preferences vary between them. I finished college at UGA recently, so I'm currently at home full-time. Pet care would be pretty easy to fit into my weekly schedule. I always try to make sure I feed my cat her treats once a day around the same time, so consistent feeding and cleaning wouldn't be that much harder with additional pets. I am gone some evenings on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, but other than that my time is fully open to help your pets stay relaxed, happy, and healthy. My backyard has a fence, but it's currently old and unrepaired, so the gates cannot close properly, so any pets prone to running will be staying inside or on a leash. My house is very small, but my front and backyard are very spacious, ideal for pets that are uncomfortable in small spaces. My cat can be skittish around other animals, so I will need to keep her in a separate space from them, but my family's done that with many of our cats, so it will not be a problem for the client or their pets. My roommate stays inside most of the time, so but he's also very friendly and should not pose any issues for the pets.
