Doggy Day Care High Bridge

Alice and Ethan were incredible dog sitters. They were responsive, friendly, very communicative, and took great care of my guy, Eli. They sent several pictures and it was obvious how much they love dogs and care for those with them. We’ll certainly be back the next time we’re in New York and I would highly highly recommend.

My Tabi loves Jatna! She gets so excited to see her. I also get great updates throughout the day and Tabi is always in a good mood when she gets home. 10/10!

Absolutely stellar. She cared for my dog with major anxiety as if she had no quirks at all. The photos were amazing. I’ve used Samantha two Christmases in a row for cats, and it turns out she’s a dog expert too! High, high marks from us :)

We dropped off our pup for a doggy daycare at the sitters home and it was a great fit. My pup laid on Matthew’s lap all day with small walks here and there. Matthew was attentive and very communicative.

Luisanna was amazing with Lola and I would recommend her to anyone. We took our Lola girl on vacation with us to New York but she could not do some of the activities… Luisanna was available at short notice with quick and easy drops off/ pick ups. She was very responsive when I texted her and communicated with us during the day on how Lola was doing. Her communication is amazing, along with her sweet relaxed energy Lola warmed right up to her ! She truly took care of my baby as her own and it was easy to tell when I brought Lola the following day, Lola ran right to her. It was so reassuring to know my dog was happy, safe and well cared for. Her location is very convenient for any New York or New Jersey plans as she is right over the bridge. She was truly a life saver and I am so greatful I found her. Anytime I visit NY I will be contacting her as I’m sure Lola would love to see her !

Jagruti is the best! She is professional and friendly, and most importantly she is a genuine dog lover! She took great care of Nacho and sent pictures throughout the day. It is very clear that they had a good time because Nacho ran towards Jagruti the next time they met and didn't even look back! We are so lucky to have found her.

Imari is just so fantastic—communicates effectively and clearly and took wonderful care of my dog. I trust her 100% and will definitely be rebooking with her.

Rowan and her husband immediately made my dog Chloe welcome and comfortable in their home. Chloe decides immediately if she will love you or cry about being left with a dog sitter, Chloe fell in love immediately. Thank you for taking such good care of my girl!

Crismar was great with my puppy Luna. Luna was not feeling her best and Crismar provided updates/ pictures for me throughout the day. When Luna was feeling better, she kept her active and moving throughout the day. Definitely will be returning in the future.

Vivian was wonderful with our dog Pepper when we needed someone to watch her for a few hours during a short visit to NYC. She immediately made Pepper feel at ease and was kind and patient when Pepper showed anxiety and whined.

Nora has been nothing but great while watching Hank! Will definitely be using her again in the future

Kaitlin has been doing a great job with my senior dog Jackson. Jackson warmed up to Kaitlin very quickly. Jackson is pretty much blind and deaf and Kaitlin has been providing him with support to make him feel comfortable, such as letting him explore her apartment, pick him up to take him up and down stairs, use doggie stairs in her home, etc. Upon short notice she has agreed to adjust the drop off/pick up schedule, feed him meals, and board him overnight. Further Kaitlin gives me updates to let me know what’s going on with my dog, such as pictures, notifying me if he’s sleeping a lot. I’m greatful that Kaitlin is in the neighborhood and plan to use her services regularly.

First time using Rover for a sitter and Genesis was great. She was so understanding about how anxious we were leaving him for the first time and made us feel completely comfortable. She sent updates and as many photos as we wanted, which we really appreciated. Overall such a great experience and we would definitely book with her again. Thanks for the treats!!

We are pet parents and We were traveling from Iowa with our baby to show him NYC.. He is an adorable kid but it's very hard to find a sitter who would go miles to make your kid comfortable.. Lee is one of those sitters who understands what and how it feels to leave your pet in a completely new city having faith on a stranger.. Since it was very hot we decided to keep him with her so that we could do the sightseeing where he is not allowed.. From the moment we left him with her till the time I picked him up, we got constant updates on him.. She made extra efforts to make buddy feel like home.. I could see the smile and happiness in his eyes when she shared millions of pictures and videos.. I can go on and on but even that won't justify the efforts she put in for my Buddy.. So all I can say that if you want someone who would love your dog just like you, she is the one... Hands down!!!

We are new in the neighborhood and reached out to Lili about boarding and day care for our senior pups. Since our dog has become more finicky about things we wanted to take the process a bit slowly before boarding for multiple days. Lili was completely open to a meet and greet and dry run right away, and the first meeting went great. For our first day care day, our dog was being stubborn about walking down the street to her building. I was able to text Lili and she met us outside to help get our dog inside. This patience and flexibility, along with her warmth and ease in interactions with our dog, immediately impressed us. Lilis reassuring updates and pics from the session, and our dog's content demeanor after pickup, has been so great to see. How fantastic to have a good sitter as a neighbor. Thank you Lili!

Marina and Renata took great care of my puppy. They also sent me photos throughout the day which made me feel even more comfortable.

Anupa was wonderful with Raun! He took to her right away. Lots of updates! We felt so comfortable leaving him in her care and highly recommend her services.

Anna is awesome with my dogs. They did daycare at her house and she treated them as if they were her dogs. She sent lots of pictures and took very good care of them.

Sonya was great with Ruby and Ruby loved playing with her and her dog Wallace. Sonya sent great pics and videos and was communicative and flexible about meeting place and times. We will be booking with her again soon!
